Just bought the A31 model as it was…

Just bought the A31 model as it was just to see if our cats were drinking water from. New fountain we bought. So far we are really pleased with the quality of the pictures and the 12 second video snippet. Would have preferred a bit longer as they haven’t moved across from their food bowl to the fountain in the 12 seconds, will try the 3 month free cloud trial and see from there how we go. For the money this is a very neat and easy to use indoor camera.

So limiting.

You can't change the speed at all when viewing. When viewing it pops up on the screen to subscribe so that you can't see. Then it asks you to give a 5* review &if you don't it locks you out & you have to log in again! I can't speak on there when I press on the phone icon coz I haven't got permission. It's crap basically. Much prefer the Tapo!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Useless. I’ve a very serious situation that I need cameras for and bought 2 of these that only work for a month. Then you can’t access library unless you pay even more. DO NOT PURCHASE

Horrible customer support and service !

When paying for the full year everything seems to work as expected , However :
-Not built for rural areas the cameras would send me notifications 30-40 times a day , prompting me to learn to ignore them lol.
- I received a notice saying payment failed , I cancelled the service , they took the full years payment anyways and now claim that cancelling my account erased all records of payment so refunds were impossible.
-Cancelling their cloud service is extremely difficult and ended with me having to email them directly to cancel the account.

absolutely useless

absolutely useless without their subscription. cat moved all around all day, got a 12 second clip of her sniffing the bed she was in all day, not the 17x she moved or people entered my apartment. such a handy dandy cam

Run for the hills… buy a different brand

I don't really think constructive criticism will help they seem to not care when I have reached out directly. I have had my blurams camera for a few months as a doggy cam and I hate it. It barely ever works. It has a full 30 second delay from when you click a button to when it responds so if you're trying to follow movement, in my case a puppy, on your camera you have to basically predict where you think it's gonna go. So you'd think turn on the motion tracking right? Wrong. It either doesn't spot motion once you've turned it on or it tracks the motion for a short while and then resets to it's default position meaning you still then have to use the controls to move the camera. Oh but wait, not only is there a 30 second delay, it sometimes doesn't even go in the direction you slide it. And don't get me started on the notifications. If you have any of the "motion" or "person appearing" alerts checked on, they will bombard you. Even if you have the notification frequency turned down. And the worst part? You don't get notifications for movement or you get phantom alerts just so you have to open the app so they can show you an ad/try to sell you something. They basically tell you when you install the app for your phone that if you want the product you, already paid for, to work you have to buy the subscription too. I may sound a little rude or frustrated but I am only making this review after months of crappy camera functionality/quality because I checked the camera this morning to find it looking at the wall and moved it back to find my dog completely missing from view and trash torn up all over the floor. Which is the only reason I got the camera, to tell me when my dog is up running around to stop him from getting into stuff. Luckily all he found was toilet paper but he could have destroyed some very important files. His adoption, and vaccination records that I had been going through before I had to rush to work.

Affordable

Affordable, plenty of options for whatever your needs, and works great night or day. My only slight issue is once the free subscription is up you're limited to what events it records. E.g. I got it to monitor my dog after moving house and you'll recieve a notification of noise(barking) but with no subscription you won't get a video showing you what happened. For under a tenner you can buy a micro sd card though as opposed to paying for cloud storage, and problem solved.

Avoid like the plague

absolutely dreadful, I couldn't think how this service could be worse. App and Webclient UI are almost nonfunctional, they seem defective by design. Avoid like the plague.

Do NOT buy the product

DO NOT buy the product. The support form the company for non-working cameras is non-existant! I have spoken to their tech team twice and e-mailed them several time. Still nothing. Tijs company and their products really suck!

Have had my Outdoor Pro A21C on the…

Have had my Outdoor Pro A21C on the 1.99 per month plan for over 3 years now and LOVE the camera and the plan. Great picture day or night. Easy to clip a recording etc. Had the pleasure of working with their customer service recently extremely efficient and timely in their response.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, advised camera not working they asked for the mac number, password and sign in to help me then just spammed me with how to reset it even thought I explained I had tried numerous times. Why ask for all the information then not help me.

All but one camera of 4 had a trial…

All but one camera of 4 had a trial subscription. The camera using the sd card, instead of the trial subscription, began to have problems within the first few hours of operation. Glitchy recordings, followed by pop-up messages. "To see the whole recording purchase a cloud subscription." "Give us a top review and receive a free subscription" I activated the trial and the problems disappeared. I then removed a different camera from that account and created another account. I registered the camera with the new account. Exactly the same issues. Glitchy recordings and data loss. Followed by the same pop up messages. I activated the trial and the problems were gone. All micro-sd cards used were checked for errors before use. All high speed. Smaller capacity and correctly formatted in fat32. A very poor business model and practices Blurams. Some would say illegal in the EU.

Purchased an s21c outdoor camera

Purchased an s21c outdoor camera. After 8 months it would not pan left or right. Tilt and zoom was fine. Contacted then and each email they would as for different information. First it was describe problem, then it was provide serial number and mac address, then it was provide a video an proof of purchase. Why not ask for all that info inone email rather than drag it out.
Since I did not have the receipt or order number they would not assist with a solution.
Would not even state if it could be fixed or had to replace.
Poor product support.

I have 2 of these cameras

I have 2 of these cameras, I never use the cloud for anything, not even a free trial, including these cameras. I just record to the SD card and replay from it. I have had no problems. More reliable than Foscam. Looking to buy more.

Dont buy

Dont buy, constant buffering, virtually impossible to rewind and view recorded footage... i have three, all three at the moment keep buffering, playback near impossible to use. I strongly recommend you don't buy Blurams... I will be replacing my Blurams with another brand soon.
