From the very beginning of the process, nothing was an issue for Katie. Any request that I made, no matter how big or small, Katie was able to accommodate it all.
She was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt in replying to emails and designing each item.

Katie created our wedding mass booklets and thank you cards. Once provided with our theme she created exactly what we wanted. Katie is efficient and professional in her communication. She also added a personal touch by hand delivering the mass booklets to her door. We would recommend her to anyone with an upcoming wedding.

We had an amazing experience with Katie when we contacted her about our wedding invitations. The communication was really quick and efficient. Katie created a specific design we had in mind and we found the prices to be really reasonable. Due to our great experience, we also asked Katie to design our mass booklets and we were so happy with these also. She couldn't have been more helpful. Her service is quick and reliable, and we will definitely be using her service for our Thank You cards and would highly recommend her to anyone else.

We received our wedding invitations today and they are absolutely beautiful. Katie was amazing to work with. We received samples via email of how they would look and we were able to make changes were needed. All queries were responded to promptly. Thank you so much for all your help Katie.

Katie's customer service really is excellent. She went above and beyond for us. Samples were sent as soon as we enquired about them and she emailed on many different drafts to ensure we were happy before printing the invites themselves. She is a perfectionist and our invites turned out to be even better than expected. Spare invites and a 'keepsake' were sent to us too which was a really lovely touch. 10/10!

From the first time we contacted Katie we knew we choose the right person to design our invitations. Katie was in constant contact with us, ensuring everything was exactly what we wanted. Her communication, willingness and guidance, not to mention her creativity was just amazing. I can’t recommend Blush Designs highly enough. From the very first email Katie was so lovely with nothing I asked for being too much trouble. Every email sent was replied to so promptly no matter what time of the day it was. Quality and attention to detail was first class right down to the packaging of the invitations recieved. Absolutely delighted with the end products:)
