Dropped my car off in the morning on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Friday, I got a message later that same Thursday saying it was ready.

Can’t fault the service they provide both towards the repair and myself as a customer.

Will definitely recommend them to all my friends

What can I say about Lee and the Team at BMS that hasn`t already been said! They offer a truly exceptional service and no matter what the issue, they`re always so helpful, so responsive and the quality of workmanship is second to none. Why go to the main dealer, when you get better, more friendly service at better prices at BMS. Michael.

I can't speak more highly of Lee and his team at BMS. When I first took my car for a service with them, a few weeks earlier, I had had a small accident and the rear edge of the front bumper had come away from the bodywork. My usual mechanic said he couldn't fix it and a body workshop quoted me hundreds pounds. So I was surprised/delighted when the service was completed, and Lee said, "Oh, we noticed the bumper had come away so we fixed it for you. No charge." On another occasion, he advised me on updating software which BMW said was impossible. He told me he used to work there as the lead technician and it's clear that he knows a lot more about BMW than the main dealerships do (he told me what to say to them when I went back to BMW for the update, and they still didn't believe me until I made them look it up). On top of all of this, the hourly rate is a lot less than a BMW main dealership and they know a lot more. Any work done is compliant with the warranties, so there's no reason to spend the extra when BMS skills and service level are much better.

I have been using BMS for a number of years now. They provide great service at a fair price. Once when my BMW X5 broke down due to a recall issue, they didn't just try to get the work for themselves but were honest and referred me to BMW under the warranty. They are honest and really good at what they do - I wouldn't use anyone else.

Poor customer service, I've asked for a quote prior bringing my car and never received that since.

Had a problem with my car and thought I’d try BMS after a recommendation. Brilliant service, fixed immediately, very good pricing, very friendly team. Will be going here in future - 10 stars!
