I bought a car from them for $30,000 and I paid for extra coverage and they told me they were going to give me 2 sets of keys because I only received 1 with the car. I moved to Florida and it's been 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for the keys and no one returns my phone calls to tell me what coverage I paid for so I definitely do not recommend this place as you can buy a BMW somewhere else and hopefully receive good customer service instead of none. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Please see my prior reviews of this dealer, all negative.. This is an update to last one, received a message on dealerrater.com from dealer to call them in regard to my experience... The message left is from several months back, I called and was directed to a Tom Sampieri, left several messages for him and not one returned to date... It appears their leaving a message to call was merely to appear to care and or save face. For those who have not read my prior reviews, let me fill you in.....I very regrettably purchased a vehicle from this dealer in October 2016, only took delivery until February due to some motor vehicle tax bills which had to be paid.. At time of purchase, I was given the impression that holding the car in storage would not be a problem, no one there stated exactly how long car could be kept there before any fees charged.. I was then harassed about storage of vehicle and negative reviews made of dealership, I even received a call from Anthony Martinez requesting me to remove one.. I did so as a mere courtesy which I also regret.. A word of advice, DO NOT extend this dealership ANY courtesies, leave any and all negative feedback you post, you will regret it if you choose to remove or undo anything.. When I picked up the vehicle in February, after paying 1800 in storage fees, it was discovered that a USB phone charger I left was stolen...Paul Callari stated car should not have been left so long and to enjoy it, knowing full well I could not have gotten it out sooner. Needless to say, I was brushed off...If you buy a car here and have it in storage for any period of time, watch out as you might get burned.
