Its a fair app, but you have to deposit a certain amount of money to get a cash advance. And you have to make sure the its low on Cache so its functioning properly.

This is alot so I'll try to keep it to the point and civil. I got a text from what looked 100% like b9 usual texts they send you only this was different. I bit and got a notification my password changed and I called immediately and could not reach a soul so come morning I'm on the phone and I did email in the app it wasn't me. When speaking to a real person I was assured there was no breaches to my account and no suspicious activity was seen on my account. I did change my password at that time also. So I get usual my $1500 from direct deposit and think I can't spend money because I'm waiting for my physical card to come in the mail. It had been like 13days now since I cancelled my card and but was waiting for mine to come in the mail. B9 wouldn't let me transfer my money from b9 to my hometown bank card because they have a limit on every transaction you can do. And amounts your allowed to spend. So I'm on the phone with b9 arguing that they are holding my money because I didn't have my physical card that I was waiting on and had already been way more days than they said it be. I finally get my way and I transferred $500.00 to my bank. I ended hitting some money video gambling so didn't need to get into my account for money hints I didn't check it for a another day and I see 2 other transactions that cleared my account out leaving me six bucks and some change. I call and have to dispute the charges and I'm thinking no big deal they will have my money back in my account in a day or three. I had then got the remainder of my check in my other bank so I had money and wasn't stressing it at all really. A few days 5 go by and I call B9 and I'm told that the transactions were found to be legitimate and made by me.
WAIT, WHAT?..... I was soon rudely disconnected. I start investing and find that there were 3 or 4 transfers to a ONEPAY FINANCIAL N.Y. which I made no transfers at all since the $500.00. I was missing $660.00 which would have been very helpful at that moment and times to come.
These transfers were done from MY physical card before I had received my card in the mail. I still have the unopened letter from b9 that I suspect is my card. I contacted b9 and gave them the story I'm giving you and that there's no way I could have used the card and they had the nerve to tell me I did use it. It was done from my device and no one else was signed into my account and that it was me. Now I'm pissed.... I said I didn't have my card at the time
It's a new card and I haven't even put a new pin on it yet and they tell me that MY CARD WAS ACTIVATED UPON CREATION.... LOL! WTH! are you saying right now??? What bank would do suck an idiotic thing?? I'm told that I can contest the matter 1.more time and after that they were done with this matter. So I call their big brother bank and tell them what's going on and that this is what their doing with their money and they were very nice and I felt like this was gonna get handled but turns out they don't do a thing for you in the direction of getting my case seriously looked at like with actual real eyes cause it's all right there in front of their faces but obviously nobody's is actually " intensely investigating" my case. To this day it's unresolved and these guys have the gaul to send me text messages from one of the big wigs there telling me they miss me and and my deposits and they'll give me free premium status . FREE!
I'm far from done with this matter and will be taking this whole thing to the next level. I just need the time to learn how and then make them pay for their mistakes or scam
Feels totally like a really good scam from the inside. They were damn good but left just enough for someone to put it together. I did. Once it's all on paper in front of their face it's a done deal. I really recommend staying way from this bank. The charges you pay to do anything with your money are outrageous. If I remember right it cost you $17.00 to transfer $500.00 to a linked card mind you. Plus crazy monthly fees and they sneak another monthly fee here and there and this is no poo..... They pay themselves a TIP for lending you money that they already charge you for taking a loan.. you don't have a choice. You can chose an amount. Ranging from 3 bucks to 12 bucks if I remember right. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone dealing with these crooks. I just cannot believe that a bank can do these things and think they can get away it..... or can they?
