I love that I can get an advance on my pay but the fees are too high. I also don’t like that you can transfer more than $500 at a time, which incurs more fees.

Submitted a funds transfer from my B9…

Submitted a funds transfer from my B9 account and paid the fee for an instant transfer that never hit my account. I did not receive any assistance with the transfer by customer service. Ignored by support when attempting to rectify the situation. The worst banking I have encountered.

Been with b9 about 4 months now and…

Been with b9 about 4 months now and more disappointments then satisfaction… if ur a few bucks short of $300 deposit they won’t negotiate an advance the fees are absurd to transfer to other cards.. if ur check is more than 14 days late even by a few hours they decrease advance limits… robbery

Seriously cannot complain I have had nothing but positive after positive interactions and anything else you could ask for with B9 I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to any one

I've been trying to order a card since…

I've been trying to order a card since I opened my account in November. I've never received one. I've called back in to order another one three other times, and STILL have not received one. I've also had the monthly fee charged twice a month on two occasions.

Love it!

Not your everyday checking account

This company has taken the headache and stress of payday loans and thrown them out the windows. B9 offers you an instant cash advance on your payroll deposits. Great app! Highly recommended if living paycheck to paycheck is right in your comfort zone. This app is definitely for you.
