This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a coffee table from them. They took the money out of my account immediately. I never got the table. I received one reply from Boha saying the table had left their warehouse. After that, they stopped responding. Do not trust them.

THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE

BEWARE! Lamps bought took 3 weeks to arrive, with no assembly instructions and in poor packaging. Failing to respond to all requests to send assembly manual and refusing to accept product returns. It’s all a scam. DO NOT BUY!

Beware if you order from this company

Beware if you order from this company. I ordered a bench from Boha on January 24 and the payment was taken out of my account immediately. Here it is, the middle of March and I still have not received the bench or shipping information. I notified them several times and got replies from Stephanie but never got answers about my order. I'm trying to cancel the order and get my money refunded but no luck so far.

Wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered two lights. One took almost a month to arrive and I was never given any tracking info on either, even though I received an email saying they would provide it. Both lights arrived without any installation instructions and I can’t find any useful instructions online or on the Bo-Ha website. So, I have two very useless lights sitting on the bed in my spare bedroom. And you can’t leave a poor review on their website because they simply won’t publish it. So, all you’ll see is 5-star reviews, and who knows if they’re even real. Never doing business with them again.

Appalling service

Appalling service with little regard to listening to the customer. Despite several attempts to make contact regarding one lampshade that was broken on delivery, with photographs sent , no response was received. The lights took many weeks to arrive. I would avoid this company.

I was honestly just browsing and didn’t expect to actually buy anything that day, but the designs kept pulling me back.

I ended up ordering a glass pendant for above our dining table and I’m so glad I did. The checkout was simple, confirmation email came right away, and shipping was smoother than I expected. The packaging was very secure, thick foam, everything separated properly, no scratches at all.

The finish feels solid and well made. Not lightweight or hollow. Once installed, the glow completely changed the mood of the room. It’s warm without being too yellow, soft but still bright enough for dinners and working at the table.

It’s one of those pieces that makes the space feel intentional instead of random.

Definitely 5 stars.

I ordered with Bo-ha 2 months ago

I ordered with Bo-ha 2 months ago . No updates no information. No responses except an automated message saying they’ll get bk which they never did . I’m so disappointed and feel I won’t ever receive my order. I’m in India and one arbit mail said they are finding it difficult to ship . I told them then refund the money but after that they went totally silent . It seemed like a professional and trustworthy site but obviously it isn’t . I tried calling multiple times but there is no reply at all . I’m very disappointed and won’t recommend Bo-ha to anyone

Unusable products and scam ploy on returns

I ordered two sconces that were listed as “in stock.” Ten days later, they still had not shipped, so I followed up and was told they were actually made-to-order. That’s not what the site said.

When they finally came, a certified electrician could not install them because the mounting plates were too small for a standard electrical box. We had to buy different fixtures, rush ship and pay for another electrician visit.

I requested a return right away and within the eligible window. Their website says "Easy returns No questions asked." They responded to my email 8 days later asking for photos of the "situation." I explained my new sconces were installed and I didn't have photos. They stopped responding. I sent two more emails to no response.

Two months later I opened a dispute with my credit card company and wrote BO-HA to notify them. Still, no response. Finally, one week later they reached out to me once they heard from the credit card company. In their email they say they want to "outline the timeline" and only include their intitial response to me - ignoring again my multiple attempts to reach them.

This place is a scam. They wanted to push me outside of my return window or hoped I would give up on pursuing a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

One star is one to many. Horrible experience. I ordered a piece of furniture and never received it. Customer service is a joke. First a series of answers about looking in to the matter. Then they just stopped answering. STAY AWAY!

No lamp, no refund, no contact

I bought a lamp. It arrived broken at the end of December. I sent them full documentation of the damage. I asked them to send a new one. To date—February 15—I have not received a new lamp or a refund. I have sent them about a dozen emails. The store has not responded or resolved the issue. In one email, they wrote that their system shows that the lamp was delivered. Unfortunately, I don't have it, and they didn't send me any information about the package. I'm fed up with this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I was ripped off.

Extremely disappointing customer…

Extremely disappointing customer service

We paid almost €400 for our order (LD714977529BE – 12625), but only one of the three lamps was delivered. The two Sonja lamps are still missing.

The issue was first reported on December 24. A reminder was sent on January 5, followed by a phone call and voicemail. After weeks of silence, we finally received an automatic reply saying someone would respond within 24–48 hours — but again, no actual update or solution followed.

The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the amount paid. We are still waiting for either a shipment confirmation or a refund.

Very disappointing experience so far.
