The worst customer experience
Full scam of a website. Won't return any of my emails and calls.

DO NOT BUY!!! Nothing fits the electrical boxes - the escuchions are too small, the brackets they supply are a joke and not long enough for anything. The washers and nuts don't fit the bolts they send. No instructions and when asked they send you a short video of them putting part of the light on and then cut off while it is still sitting on the floor. what a joke!! Ask for a refund and crickets.........

I wish I could give 0 stars. What a terrible experience. The fake bot reply lady St....now is full of shit selling cheap Chinese crap, zero customer service, zero communication, nobody picks up the phone. I've got 3 shitty lights, one doesn't work, 1 I didn't order. DO NOT BUY FROM BO HA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!
Calling visa to dispute in the morning (first time ever)

Installation was straightforward and the final look is stunning. Makes the whole room feel more finished.

Very disappointing. Customer service is not responsive or gives delayed and very short replies. We waited 50 days for the lamp to be delivered, and it arrived completely broken. I notified a customer service, sent a video, pictures and asked for a refund. I got a reply that they would send a new lamp, and then they stopped responding to my emails and request to be refunded. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional from the BOHA side. I would not recommend them to anyone!

We’ve ordered multiple lights from BOHA now and the experience has been consistently good every time. Quality never disappoints.

SCAM COMPANY. Like others have noted, after a product not being delivered and requesting a refund, I also got the run around from their AI bot Stephanie. After repeated requests for a refund, they shipped a replacement saying "item left our warehouse before we could process a refund!" Ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank; a formal complaint to the BBB noted that this business is not located in DE as advertised and is overseas. Will follow up with the AG in my state as they should be shut-down!

Run for the hills from this company! While the product themselves are off adequate quality for price, they are wildly incompetent in customer service. We ordered some lights and they turned out to not fit in the space. We attempted to return and were still dealing with them. They take weeks to respond to email after multiple follow ups. They always have some new excuse why they can’t process the return. They need pictures. Then they need more info. Each all is weeks long. Ridiculous. They hope you’ll give up on them and just keep the lights and they keep your money. Avoid!!!

DO NOT BUY. Purchased 2 chairs.We were sent the wrong color, months after the estimated deliver date. And tried calling and emailing to process a return and they fully ghosted us. Close to $700 wasted and furniture I don’t want. Terrible, scammy company.

You can tell as soon as you open the box that this is a quality product. Good weight, nice materials, and easy to install.

Closing in on three months now and all communication has stopped. As another reviewer left, their bases do not fit our standard electrical boxes and come up short.
Tried the refund route, only to get offered a partial refund, even tho I’m entitled to a full refund. Got the run around with “you have to wait to see which warehouse it’s going too”
Zero communication via email now, phone number; well no one ever answers, even if you call daily and leave messages.
I believe this company is a scam…
Only left to do is a formal complaint to VISA to try and recoup.

Always come back to BOHA when we need lighting. Designs are timeless, quality is consistent, and everything looks great installed. One of the few brands I really trust.

This is a fraudulent “company”. After I paid I was told I’d receive my product in 2-5 days. Never received it, and then finally they contacted me and said my product was damaged and returned to their warehouse. They asked if I wanted a refund or a credit and I chose refund. That was the last I heard from them. So I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back. Website is terrible, no responses and stated 48-72 hour response that never happened. This was after multiple requests. Don’t trust this place at all.

I would definitely say this is a fraudulent company, ordered due to good reviews on site and "customer service" is their "social manager" who randomly decides to stop responding, their phone hours never work, never spoke to a live person, they supposedly sent a larger base we never received, ended up having to file fraud with my credit card company to get the return

So happy we found BOHA 😍
The lights look amazing in our home and the quality is better than expected. Already planning our next order.

Product received was not as advertised and of inferior quality. Definitely not authentic and company is disingenuous by not posting negative reviews on their website or responding to customer concerns. I you want to get overcharged for knock off merchandise, this is the place to shop at

The site is a scam, they take your money and don't send anything, the complaint is not available, they don't respond to emails!!!!

Do not buy from this company. Their after-sales service is terrible and returns are impossible. They do not respond to emails when you request a return.
