I placed an order for a light fixture…

I placed an order for a light fixture which arrived with physical damage and scratches inside the shade. I contacted the seller immediately and provided photo evidence. Although the company advertises a "30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy" and free returns for damaged products, they have not honored this policy and have delayed or ignored communication regarding the return and refund.

I have made every effort to resolve this issue directly with the merchant, including written requests and follow-ups, but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

This company never sent my order out

This company never sent my order out. I waited 2 months and when I emailed them because you can’t speak to anyone it all of the sudden arrived within a couple days. Now I have opened the box and all the parts aren’t there. This is for a shower. I emailed them wanting to return and and they won’t let me they want to send me the missing parts.
It also had the wrong instruction Manuel in it so the box had obviously been opened. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! First of all, they do not manufacture fixtures that fit typical US light boxes. Second, their website pictures are misleading. You will not get what you think you are buying. Finally, we initiated a return / refund within 48 hours of purchasing this and even though the web site says "30 day money back guarantee" - we are now on day 25 with no movement on a refund and no real response as to why from the company. buyer beware - this place is a scam!

I never write reviews

I never write reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. I have waited two months for lights that still have yet to come. I have had conflicting information. They said it was sent and then returned - I was never given a tracking number. Then they tried to charge more for tariffs even though when I purchased it was months before tariffs even existed on any products They never pick up the phone. I would give 0 stars if possible and plan to report this company to every place possible. They wasted my time.

The customer service is beyond bad

The customer service is beyond bad. Nobody works with you, nobody returns emails on the return instructions. At this point I am worried that I got scammed. They are not based in USA - packages come from China. So it is complete scam! Once I did research now - I got screwed! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No such thing as 30-day Refund

I purchased the wall lighting from BO-HA back in March and while the lights themselves are beautiful, their size didn’t fit my intended space. The company offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy on their website, which I appreciated. However, after I contacted their customer service immediately for a return, I experienced several questions about my reasoning for return, lull time in response, significant delays, one return label for two boxes (with the wrong ship to address I might add) and difficulties getting the proper return address. It’s been over a month now without resolution. Due to this poor customer service experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Don't order anything, absolutely not recommended!

Worst experience ever! Customer service cannot be reached in any way. They delivered 4 wrong fixtures to Belgium and when I ask for a refund or return labels they say that Belgium is not within their region and that they have already lost money shipping to Belgium while it is clearly written on their website that there is free shipping and returns on all orders. Really not recommended! Ordering is tempting but at your own risk...

Don't waste your time

I placed my order on 10/16/24 and I'm still having to deal with Bo-Ha. First, I didn't receive my initial order because the zip code for the address had two number superimposed, and USPS sent it to McDonough, GA as a miss ship. They sent it back Atlanta, GA Nad just kept updating the delivery date, but never delivered the package after updating the zip code with the post office and then several other follow-up visits. The zip code would be my fault, however Bo-Ha didn't use FedEx as the shipper as stated in their order confirmation email. Then I reached out to Bo-Ha tol let them know what happened with the original package and they offered to send a new one, which they did. The replacement package arrived on 1/16. I contacted Bo-Ha that same evening to let them know I'd received the package, but would need to return them because our contractor was here when they arrived, inspected them and let me know that they wouldn't work as they're too small to be used with the type of Siding we have and the size of the junction box that would be needed. I asked to please provide instructions on how to initiate the return and the refund. I received an automated email that a ticket had been created and I would received a response within 24-48 hours. After not hearing from them during that time frame I followed up again on 2/2, received the same automated response. Followed up again on 2/7 after no response requesting that instructions to be provided by the end of that day. To date, 2/10 I've still not received any response.

Additionally, while the lights are nice, they are extremely small. Pay attention when you order them as the demonsions shown in the listing are correct, but the other images show it next to a human hand and it being larger than their hand, which they absolutely are NOT.

Finally, their website claims to have a 30 day money back guarantee listed on the page. Since I contacted them immediately on the day I received the replacement package, the refund and return should've been honored and it wasn't.

update: Since I submitted the review above on the product page I've received a response on 2/11, asking me to let them know what day I received the package as they have a strict 30 day return policy. I replied the same day and let them know they could back through the thread that they had bothered to reply to as they would see the date I emailed them and that it was the same day I received the package, so we'll within the 30 day refund window. No response since. They obviously don't actually post any reviews that are negative on their site that are submitted, since I submitted the review above, with images, 2 days ago on the product page and it's still no publicly visible.

Look good but many hidden issues

I ordered one light to just see if this pricing for unique designs was reliable. The light came(to Canada); the build quality of the light itself for the price is OK and the design is as shown on the website.
However my main issue is the product most likely comes from China directly. There is only one Chinese sticker on the light; nothing in English. There was also no instruction or a single piece of paper explaining what kind of power etc. the light needs. This means it does not have US or Canada certification and you can potentially get in trouble using this light for a project.
Turned out it was a low-voltage light and there is no transformer on the light and you have to add that separately which is ridiculous for a wall sconce. This makes installation hard, costly and complicated for no reason. AND the main issue being there is no specification on the website for the lights; looks like the people selling it don't have any idea how the light is manufactured.
I emailed the customer service to get some explanation or guide as to how I should install the light and what was the specs of the light and got no answer.
These issues make me rate this company extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

I wish I could rate them lower

I wish I could rate them lower. The lights I ordered did not work right out of the box. Tried contacting them many times for a month, never got a single answer or response. They sell very poor quality products and have zero customer service. Avoid them at all cost.

Do not purchase from this website…

Absolutely do not purchase from this website. I purchased pendant lights and they came not suitable for a North American junction box. I am attempting to return them as per their 30 return policy and the rep I am speaking with, Stephanie, has done everything she can to discourage me from making this return. Her lack of replies in a timely manor and attempts to talk me out of the return have pushed us beyond the 30 days and now they are saying they will not honour it. The 30 day return period false advertising, they will not let you make returns and now I am stuck with lights that don’t work and out an extra $800 for the new ones I had to purchase instead.

Bought a light

Bought a light. It arrived broken. Asked for a refund, they sent a new shipment instead which I never requested. It took an additional 2 months to get the replacement that thankfully, arrived intact. Really frustrated by the whole process and customer service and wasn't listened to when I repeatedly expressed wanting a refund. They said if I didn't like the light, I could ship it back at my own cost. Not worth the hassle.

Missing parts never come

I got trouble with missing parts of my order #8623 of an Amba light (09/29/24) that never came to me. I called delivery supplier, I sent pictures to them, I sent also many emails and no one do nothing to send the missing parts to me as they proposed.

It has been many weeks now, I discuss and discuss and discuss about what is going on and when will they send the missing parts as they wrote.

So long wait, so bad experience.

BO-HA Wall Scones

I bought a pair of wall scones. The plate is 3” which is not standard for the US. After buying for more than $200, my builder found them for $15 on Aliexpress! AND when I tried to return them because they didn’t fit in our box, the never let me!!!!
