Facts:

Boalingua offered courses at levels that they don’t have, they don‘t answer to phones or emails, and they don‘t refund.

The school in France linked to Boalingua informed them that they couldn‘t offer a C1 course. Boalingua asked them to arrange the 4 private lessons out of 30 of the class course at C1, and put our son for the remaining 26 lessons one level down with the group that had been run at the moment.
