Super speedy dispatch and delivery and well packaged. Unfortunately there was a small fault with the wetsuit - reported fault, sent photos and received response almost immediately. Ultimate test of online retailers is how well they respond when things go wrong - they excelled, with prompt comms from Ollie and excellent customer service. Replacement suit dispatched as soon as faulty one received back at shop; and new one arrived the next day. Great outfit - defo use again.

We had no idea you hadn't received this order until you did this 1 star review 6 days later! It's such a shame you didn't inform us immediately so we could resolve for you. As you can see we have an outstanding customer service record and we would of resolved instantly had we known about it. This item was collected from us on time for the scheduled delivery but unfortunately has been lost by DPD.
Now this issue has been bought to our attention we are resolving. Our customer service team are here 7 days a week to resolve any issues and would of been only to happy to speak with you and resolve this at the time.

Women’s O’Neil Thermal Rash Vest - a keeper
I bought the O’Neil thermal rash vest. It is superb. I sea swim a couple of times a week. I wore it for the first time on Saturday, being a little unsure as to what to expect.
Initially it felt similar to wearing a wetsuit in as much that it traps water between you and the garment. The difference compared to my swim wetsuit was that I had total flexibility whilst keeping my core warm.
I have been cold water swimming in just a swimsuit for a couple of months.
I was looking for a garment that would allow or help me stay in the water for longer especially if the wind is coming in from the sea.
This does the job !
