Wetsuit delivered v quickly
They delivered my wetsuit in two days. Delivery note says wetsuit is checked by two people, I checked it thoroughly myself as well on arrival and it was in perfect condition.

Not the best experience
Not the best experience. We received dirty cargo net with some stains and bad dump smell. It looks like cargo net has been used in the past or been on display for a wail while. Arrived without any package.

Sorry to hear you aren't completely satisfied with your item. Most stock no longer comes in plastic to help save the environment so this will be why there is no packaging. We receive the goods from Red like that. This item would not of been used and is located in our warehouse prior to dispatch. On checking the stock of this item they are all the same as the one you have received.
I believe we have already emailed you about the cargo net and the matter is being dealt with for you. We will be more than happy to refund the item for you if you aren't 100% happy with its quality.

Sorted me out with the right wetsuits and size
I bought a wetsuit from BRG and it was a little on the tight side. I looked to order the next size up and they had none in stock. These guy’s ordered the size I needed direct from the manufacturer and had it sent direct to me. I returned the smaller one and hope to get a refund as soon as they receive it.

Size guide is way off!
I used the measurements in the size guide so I could be accurate in ordering the correct size. They are way off! The shorts are so big they won't stay up and are probably 2 sizes too big, even though I measured myself to be sure. What a waste of time.

Pay for your returns...
Product arrived in decent time but I'm only giving 3 stars as having to pay postage for returning an item that is too big is a bit archaic these days and is the reason I wouldn't shop online with them again as other competitors have a similar range of products but free returns.
