The guys at Boardshop were amazing in how they helped me with my board choice. I ordered a too small board originally and was able to take advantage of the 30 day ride out guarantee which meant I have eventually got the amazing Channel Islands M23. Delivery and ordering were great and the customer service from the team at Boardshop for me makes them the best surf shop in the UK!

I approached the Boardshop as I am 53yrs old and moving to Cornwall next year with my wife, we've decided we wanted to learn to surf. I wrote an email asking for advice as the best boards for us to start on considering our height, weight, ability etc.

I received a reply from Ian who was in no way condescending, just welcoming and offering fair and honest advice/guidance. No pushy sales approach just a really nice helpful guy.

We spent a couple of weeks considering the advice and went back an ordered two different foamies. Charlie was the guy we then dealt with and he was equally as helpful.

I wanted to take the time to write a positive review as I genuinely feel they are good folk and were so helpful and welcoming to an ageing Grom.

We will definitely return to Boardshop, as, when, if our skills merit an upgrade. Thanks to all, a first class, friendly service.

I recently bought a Siren Sailors Ruin Fish. The staff at Boardshop were incredibly helpful and sent through detailed recommendations on quad fins after I asked for some advice and kept me up to date as my board was made and then delivered. The board looks amazing and I'm really excited to take it out soon.

Had a great experience ordering with them. They helped me pick the right board and size and after surfing it for the first time I’m very happy I went with their recommendation. Customer service has been great through even when there were some delays from the factory. Really recommend these guys
