Good advice. I order from the Netherlands. I love te reviews because we have in a way, comparable surf conditions. Delivery from UK to NL twice now and within 5 day the board was here. Good packaging so no ding at all! (Twice PU).

Big thanks to Ian and the team at Boardshop honestly some of the best surf shop help I’ve ever had. I dropped by recently and was blown away not just by the gear selection, but by how much time Ian took to really understand what I was aiming for with my surfing.

He guided me through boards that would support my progression, explained wetsuit options without the usual sales pressure, and even helped me pick up some tissue salts for my wrist recovery, genuinely went above and beyond.

You can tell they live and breathe this stuff.

Since then, I’ve been loving the Torq Mod Fish I picked up, and the O’Neill Hyperfreak is a dream suit. On top of that, I’ve learned more about gear care, fin setups, and wave reading from their content than from anywhere else.

Massive respect to the whole crew. You’re doing more than just selling boards you’re helping people build real surf lives. Grateful for all the support 🙏

5 star service from the Boardshop! The board I was after was out of stock however Ian offered me the more expensive alternative at the same price I would have paid for the board I originally wanted! Board was delivered next day.

Excellent service, with great advice. I purchased the.Torq 7.4 mod fun epoxy board. I am progressing well with it as a beginner to the next level.. it is superfast on the green water and catches waves really easy.
The after Sales is fantastic too, I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a custom 8’6 Siren Sea Maiden, mist colour, squash tail, 20in wide. It arrived late and took a little chasing, but I love the board. It is beautiful to ride and looks awesome.

Boardshop were very helpful during the order process. Once the surf board was ready it was shipped straightaway and arrived the next day. Fantastic service and great product.

Great service. I left my chosen board at checkout so I could take advantage of the ride out guarantee on my next trip. The guys from boardshop reached out and set it up so it would be delivered right before the trip so the guarantee would cover it. The board arrived really well packaged and exactly when they said it would. Really glad they reached out because it went out of stock right after my order, so I assume I got the last one!

Good prices and always professional with the delivery. I really like the videos explaining the products. Have bought a surfboard in the past and now two wetsuits. Happy on both occasions. Highly recommend!

So, I ordered a Machadocado, fins and grip from Boardshop, or at least I thought I did. Whilst paying for it there was an issue with the order / payment, entirely our fault, no fault whatsoever of Boardshop, and my wife somehow ended up paying another company.
Ian immediately jumped in, arranged a full refund from the said company, processed the order and payment for us and I received the board the next day.
Ian and his team really went above and beyond, stoked with the board, can’t recommend these guys highly enough………..

Ordered custom CI M23 board as the 6'6 was not in stock , after a few weeks the board came back into stock , rang and asked if I could have the stock board rather than waiting for my order to come in, new board was with me 24 hrs later , great customer service .
