Excellent trainer!
I have been training online with Rod since 2020. He has really changed my life. His workouts are fantastic, full of energy, motivation and great fun! He is a very supportive and inspirational person. Following both his live sessions and the videos on demand has made exercise something to look forward to. Highly recommended. Thank you Rod!
