We have and use a Bodor I5 laser cutting machine. The machine îs used AT least 8 hours per day, so a lot of Time per Year.
The anual mainteinance was made Last month and Li, which îs a Bodor tehnician did this job. The Guy did a good job for us so we were really happy having him for this job. Looking forward for others anual mainteinances.

Victor was very helpful in helping to set up our machine and getting it going. Machine has been a life saver as compared to plasma cutting that we were currently doing. From Setup to explaining how the machine worked Bodor has been very helpful throughout the whole process and very accommodating to whatever request we had.

Laser went together well. Allen and james were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped get all or the machine parameters right and set things up. The interface on the laser seems to work well and is very user friendly. The training was straightforward and easy to follow.

We have three BODOR machines, and another 12kw machine was delivered today. With the help of ZHAN, we have installed and adjusted the cutting parameters quickly. The high power cutting speed is faster, the cutting thickness is higher and the cutting quality is better. Nice machine.

Manoj (Problem-solving good in what he is doing he helps with anything and assist with anything) he have a good mindset and only wants to help were he can he have good cable tracing skills and parameter settings skills. We have a p3, p4 and a p230 tube laser. We had an accident with our p3 that the machine caught fire so damadge all the pipes and cables inside at the cutting head so we got a bodor technician with the name Manoj he helped us to get the laser up and running very Quick. Was struggling with p4 gave me a gas alarm when i tried to cut with nitrogen and he sorted it out in 10 seconds thanks Manoj we appreciate your time in south africa.

We are a growing metal fabricator and needed to replace our laser to be able to keep our production team going and not sacrifice business. Bodor was able to get us the machine we wanted quickly. The Bodor technician that arrived shortly after (Lucas) was ready to work, courteous and knowledgeable. Lucas was able to get us fully operational/trained within 5 business days which helped us satisfy our obligations to our clients.

Bodor's engineer, Liao, repaired the cutting problem of the P3 machine for us. Before that, the nozzle was often burned. He replaced the laser head for us, and also checked out the problem of the air relay. Now the machine can work normally. thanks

Machine installation review 3Kw machine i5, fiber laser cutting.
Chen works well and explains well to the operators, the organization of the installation could have been done better.
The machine is well made and works well, the cut is clean and geometrically compliant.
We need to improve communication with customers in the first installation of the machine.
