As an industrial hygienist and ergonomist for a large research institution (800+ employees), Bodybilt has been a great company to work with. I perform many assessments each year, and often have a need to obtain a demo chair to address any needs. (i.e. more lumbar support, etc.) Mark Frederick has been very accommodating, professional and helpful in determining which demo chair would work best for a particular situation. I was introduced to BodyBilt (ErgoGenesis) in approximately 2005. I had a customer with unique considerations and BodyBilt customized a chair to meet the needs of my customer. The customer was happy, I was happy and as a result a long-term working relationship was established. Approaching 20 yrs of doing business, the company I work for has ordered a lot of BodyBilt chairs in that span. I have customers spread throughout the United States. I interact with many BodyBilt sales reps and the end result is nearly always the same. An accommodating sales rep, happy customer, happy Ergonomic Specialist and I am quite certain BodyBilt is happy to have delivered a positive product with a positive outcome. For me to continue to do business with BodyBilt is about the people at BodyBilt, the products at BodyBilt and the service (before & after) at BodyBilt. I love the product line from ergogenesis. They have some of the best products in the ergonomic arena. I have been recommending them to patients for years. Unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed with the local rep system they use to distribute.

Mary Jones and Lori were absolutely wonderful with assisting me with a warranty claim on my office work chair. Over time things happen and they were very understanding of the circumstances and provided a quick resolve on the matters. The furniture we use on a daily basis for work is life changing as it effects our health, mood, physical mobility. I have peace of mind knowing that if anything else is needed in the years to come I will have nothing to worry about.

I love all of the adjustments on my Bodybilt GX7 chair. I am not a gamer, and purchased this primarily for comfort for long hours of office work after trying several high-end chairs that did not meet my needs. I would still prefer more seat comfort, however the seat on the GX& came standard and could not be swapped out. It is MUCH more comfortable than about 10 other chairs that I have tried in the past year that caused significant thigh pain. After doing tons of research, watching several YouTube videos, and still not finding a lot out there about the Bodybilt brand I decided to just take a leap of faith and hope for the best. So far, this chair has delivered. I am not a huge fan of the way the chair looks, as others I have tried have looked much nicer in my modern home office, and I would have paid more for better quality fabric, but this was an overall great value for what you get. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you have gone through numerous chairs, as I have, and have not quite found the ONE just yet. I am such a fan of the durability and build quality of this particular chair that I may just go ahead and get one of their executive chairs that look better (but cost quite a bit more) and offer the same adjustments.

Mary Jones has been phenomenal in helping me customize and buy my first BodyBilt chair. BodyBilt isn't just for the office - I bought this chair for working from home. I went with the Next24 in buttery soft Elmosoft black leather, delivered right to my home. The chair is solidly built by hand at their Texas factory, and I can tell that a lot of care and thoughtfulness went into its craftsmanship.

Also, I appreciate that BodyBilt seeks out the newest technology like Skydex shock-resistant material in the seat to evenly distribute weight and prevent painful pressure points and Elmosoft leather from Sweden which employs certified green, nontoxic dyeing practices.

I have serious back problems and have a job that requires a lot of sitting at a desk. I bought my BodyBilt chair back in 2006 from a back specialty store. It was an investment for me. I have had to make a few repairs over the years, but Mary always goes beyond the call of duty and gets me the parts I need. The chair is still working as well as the day when I first bought it 17 years ago.

First, I want to say that I am a repeat customer. I bought my first Body Bilt chair around 1995/98 and had been using it almost daily for hours on end ever since, as my office work chair. After all those years of constant use, the chair needed some repairs and replacement parts, which I knew I could acquire from Body Bilt because they support their products. I called Body Bilt in Navasota, TX to discuss my options with them. Ultimately, they connected me with their sales Rep. Jana Andrews. Jana took customer service to a whole NEW LEVEL when she learned that I am Legally Blind, can no longer drive, and that I live out in the Central Texas Hill Country, in the middle of nowhere. Jana insisted on coming to my home in order to view and measure my office / desk setup, as well as take measurements on me to enable her to help determine the best type and size of chair. I initially intended to by two chairs: one for my office chair, where I still spend hours at a time, working on my computer and the second chair will be to use at my HAM radio station, where I will also be spending many hours sitting and running radios at all hours of the day and night. Jana was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the best size and functionality of the chairs for my needs. She also helped my budget by letting me know about chair models that were currently on sale. Around this time, I also realized that I still needed to buy chairs for my dining table. I ended up buying two "heavy duty" chairs (the SOLO model) for my office and HAM shack and then 6 additional chairs (the SOLO-LT model) to use at my dining table. Jana did not stop there. She offered to personally deliver the chairs to me because she knew I could not drive to the Body Bilt factory in Navasota to pick up my chairs and that paying delivery freight would be extremely expensive for me. Jana and Body Bilt got answers to all of my questions and concerns about the chairs and they helped complete my order and delivery. After using my office chair for about a week, I had to call Jana to voice a complaint. The problem is that as I sit in my new Body Bilt chair, working at my computer, I simply find it very hard to get up out of the chair to address other matters.....the chair is too comfortable to leave......That is a NICE problem to have....Thank you, Jana and Body Bilt.

The Aircelli is by far the most comfortable office chair I ever had the pleasure of sitting on. From the smooth turning wheels to the soft cushion and armrests. To the mesh back with lumbar support, there isn't anything on this chair that isn't top-notch straight from the factory. I finally got one for my home office, and the customer service I received throughout the purchase was top-notch. Forever grateful and happy with my purchase.
