Great online boutique

High quality dresses and great online boutique experience. Was worried about purchasing because of other reviews but it’s clear that those people don’t read T&Cs and are just being Karens. How entitled must you be to assume every company is based in the same country that you are when you are buying products online? Bodycon Collection will now be one of my go to sites to purchase dresses if there’s a special occasion or I deserve a treat.

I didn't even want to give it 1 star. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company is an absolute waste of tine and money. I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. And what an absolute joke to order from the UK n have to return things to Australia. It's neither free nor cheap as the returns company in UK aren't raking any returns. Disgusting company.

Don't waste your money.

Return process is terrible and sizing…

Return process is terrible and sizing is wrong. I ordered two dresses based on the size chart one fit perfectly and I couldn’t zip up the other one. It cost 39.40 to return one dress to Australia and then I found out they only give you store credit.

Ordered a dress that was not true to size, way to small, as many have said tried to contact them, they come back with some standard copy and pasted message, even got my name wrong saying there bulls**t policy…. The best yet, I ordered from UK and to only get an exchange or credit now I have to send to other side of world in Australia.
Stupidly before reading this I ordered two more dresses, immediately after realising I asked for a cancellation and they’re just ignoring all of my emails, messages across all social media platforms. How these people sleep at night I don’t know. Trashy company and I expect again they will reply to this with some bulls**t message

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT ORDER AND BEWARE!

I ordered a few dresses which totaled over $200 and the dresses didn't fit me. They were originally too tight on me. They wouldn't allow for me to get a refund or return, so I exchanged for a bigger size. Unfortunately, the dresses are now way too big on me. I contacted their customer service team and they did not allow for any further exchanges or returns. I contacted them several times and they sent me some BS reply that was probably all typed out and generic because they sent me the same exact reply with multiple emails.

Now, I am left with dresses that fit me 2-3 sizes too large and I am over $200 out, money down the drain. I am planning to throw the dresses away, they are absolute garbage and this company is garbage too.

Scammers/misleading won’t order from them anymore

Scammers, please read their policies before buying. It’s written in a misleading way that you won’t get a refund from youre money and after that, they don’t even accept a return. Basically you’re screwed then. I have never ordered from an webshop where they mislead you like this, my advice: aliexpress/SHEIN have the exact same quality for 3 times more cheaper, and… you can return youre items as much as you want!

The store was in touch after 3 mails applying for a return for 2 dresses that where not in sale, paid full price €83 ally bodycon dress and Penelope bandage €67 is not a discount? If I’m able to upload the booking confirmation as an evidence (they mentioned directly?)
The answer they wrote me;
One exchange per purchase is permitted, any exchanges of that purchase after the first are subject to additional charges.

To help clarify this further, as outlined in our returns and exchanges policy, we only permit one return/exchange per order.

How misleading is this webshop, now they are saying it’s sale items, while I paid full price per item (there was no sale mentioned/or shown) as the prices still match the website.

Lesson learned from my side not ordering here anymore!, hopefully there won’t be any more victims mislead by this website.

Gosh, I Wonder why there are many bad reviews for this webshop..

The wrong address was entered into my…

The wrong address was entered into my order, the dress was a birthday gift for me. I emailed the company to get the address changed and was told because it had already cleared customs shipping order amendments and cancelations are not permitted. So either I try to catch the dress in the post office or I don't get my birthday gift from my husband.

Customer Service IS WORSE THAN CRAP!!!!

I ordered a dress with expedited shipping in hopes to receive it on or before the 15th of this month. I have tried countless times to contact their “customer service department” however, to no avail, everything is Automated system with a robot responding for every email and “live chat” which leaves you waiting for a live representative FOR HOURS. It’s disturbing, rude, outrageous, and down right disrespectful COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention, they send you an email Saying your order has been fulfilled with no tracking number for days at a time. After I finish this email, I will be reporting this business to the BBB Bureau for further investigation. Although the bodycon dress collection is undeniably beautiful, it’s not worth the money and stress you have to deal with when you have VALID QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

My order was made 2 months ago and i didnt receive a thing! First few weeks of delay they used to reply to make things look normal, but later nobody ever replied and they stole 90$ from me the price of the stuff i bought. Do not order and loose your money like me- i am updating my testimony as another month has passed and i received nothing from them but more lies through this reply. FRAUD/ SCAM Alert

Placed an order over 6 weeks ago within the US and still have not received it. When I followed up with customer service, they said it should be arriving soon and provided me with a tracking number-- which shows the package as being delivered in Colombia. Total scam. Have had to take the issue up with Amex.

Do not waste your time or your money - there's a reason everything is always on sale

I would not recommend buying from this website. I have purchased the exact same dress, but in different colours, yet the fabric and fit have been completely different. I have also received dresses that were faulty, and upon contacting Bodycon Collection, was not offered a refund, or even any admission of fault. They did not even reply to my email when I tried to resolve - the customer service is non-existent.
