I asked staff if I could lay-by a book. They said yes with a 5% deposit. The book costs $30.00 and they said deposit will cost me $25.00. So? I left in disgust! OTT book prices and they give rotten customer service. Left feeling small. Select what you like at Boffins - then order online from Book Depository. Much cheaper & wider range to choose from. This is my 2nd bad experience here. Their service DOES NOT match their wildly-overpriced books. You descend their escalator and enter hell.

Don't ever buy it. My cartouche breaks every year. It costs 4000 DKK to buy a new, equivalating app 400 punds.
Apart from that decalcification is almost impossible.

Friendly compitent engineers. Did a good job at helping me over the phone.
I was very grateful they had a workshop in thier office as i did have to take my machine into the office for them to look at.

Great service and quick turn arround on my issue!
