Was more than dubious when a rep called at door offering free energy measures and possibly a boiler under a government scheme. Agreed to have the survey done anyway, two surveyors took 2 hours to survey my home and provide the current EPC rating and what measures should be taken to improve the rating and more importantly, what I would get for free!
The insulation and ventilation works were carried out on Monday, though tradesmen were all pleasant, they did leave a terrible mess and didn't even tell me they were away!
Boiler was fitted friday, and I was slightly worried after the mess left previously! However, I cannot praise the Heating Engineer, Alan, more highly! If it wasn't for the new boiler on the wall you would never have known he had been here. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful and explained the boiler, controls etc to me fully before he left.
I did pay a small amount for upgrading the boiler for a different make, though this was nothing compared to the full price.
So, in short, should a cold caller come to your door, don't shoo them away thinking this is too good to be true!

Our gas heating was not working and called boiler genie. They called out to see us very quickly and fixed our problem without any fuss or bother. Received an invoice via email which suited us. I would definitely recommend boiler genie.

Great all round service, received a reminder regarding our boiler service and it was easy to make an appointment that suited us. Engineer appeared on time, clean and tidy and service carried out. All staff are friendly and professional.

From first contact when Davie, the surveyor, visited, every experience and contact has been positive.
We cannot praise their work and professionalism enough, they were friendly and took time to answer our questions and explain how everything worked.

I was seriously skeptical when someone cold calling on your doorstep offers you something that sounds too good to be true. It ended up being amazing, from Barry, to Simon who did the first visite,to the guys that did the energy efficiency survey and Kenny the boiler engineer who was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! Lets hope no nasty surprises down the road, but my ancient boiler has been replaced with a brand new one for an astonishing price!

Boiler Gene have been superb! From the first survey to the final installation the office admin team kept me up-to-date with progress, dates and times and along with the installation team answered any questions patiently and in language I could understand.
The installation crews were polite and professional and they tidied up after they'd finished work each day.
I am delighted with the high standard of work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

New boiler fitted today by a very efficient heating engineer and electrician. They were both tidy in there work and took all rubbish away with them. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their boiler.

Annual boiler service carried out. Very helpful to fit in time that suited me. Phoned prior to coming to my property and arrived bang on time. Engineer very polite and explained the process. Ally in the office got my documentation sent out within 10 minutes of service being carried out. Excellent.
