When my boiler broke down, an engineer was out within 4 hours to fix the problem. Very reliable company, would use again!

Having done a large barn conversion we wanted the works. Air source heat pump. Underfloor heating in every room. We had 3 contractors turn down a quotation as the project was deemed too large for them.
Reactive Gas Heating and Plumbing did not disappoint there engineers did a fantastic job and we were made aware what was going on the whole project. Great guys really pleasant and great workmanship!

So Ive been left with a boiler that's been poorly installed and leaking water from the boiler installed by Robert from Reactive Gas Heating and Plumbing Services on behalf of Boxt. Boxt have told me it safe to use when there is water pouring out of the actual boiler splashing on wires, clear health and safety risk. So it was installed Monday and by Tuesday morning water was all over the cupboard and the boiler switches itself on every hour for a few seconds then clunky when turns off, it's hung offset and debatable whether there's 5mm clearance space all the way around. It will take til next Tuesday to get an engineer out but I've refused to have this company return. So that will leave me over 3 weeks in total before installation and after with no heating and I'm classed as a vulnerable person due to chronic illnesses. I would like them to come remove the boiler as if there's issues now due to poor installation that sets the tone moving forward that there will be nothing but issues in the future and I want to be refunded in full and get another company to install a new boiler as this is not fit for purpose. This type of service is not ok and this is not how you treat customers

Great company. On there website they have a shop which provides ready made prices for lots of different installations. We have used them many times and i needed a tap changing so Carl advised me to have a look there choose a tap and within 3 clicks i had picked the tap and had a date for the engineer to come with the tap and install.No Faffing around gathering quotes all the information was right there i knew exactly what i was getting and when. Rob the engineer was a great guy very friendly. It’s so easy and feels like the future of plumbing for a very busy person like myself. Fantastic!

I’ve just read some of the reviews, and I agree the professional way they went about the job and gave advice as well about other issues, really good team, this is my fourth time of using this company, it’s great to be able to get a team to trust, thanks everyone at Reactive 👍🏼
