Mark and the team at Boilertrust were fantastic when they replaced my 30 year old boiler with a new combi, which required a fair amount of work (removing storage tanks, cutting/removing the old piping & electrics and installing a new flue). They were highly professional throughout and always clear at communicating exactly what would be done, how and when. Finished the job earlier than expected and I have fantastic hot water pressure now.

Top drawer service from Mark and the team. I needed my boiler replacing plus an associated leak in the bathroom sorting - Mark talked me through what was needed on the quote visit, a week later all was sorted well within a day, a very professional outfit, impeccable.

Excellent service all round! Received great advice and communication all the way through the planning stages. They were great about continuing to provide a service (safely!) during the covid 19 pandemic. The actual job was carried out beautifully, the workmen turned up bang on time and were all done in about six hours. Everything was tidied up and they even made and painted a new wooden housing for the boiler. Everything works perfectly and they were very good at explaining how everything worked. Would definitely recommend.

From first point of contact after requesting a quote from Bosch website, this company stood out from the rest. I got my other quotes to compare but the professionalism and high standards of communication, transparency and integrity at this firm are outstanding. This carried on through to on the day of installation, everything was clearly explained again and recorded and was installed so efficiently with courtesy I’ve never known from workmen! You are treated as a valued customer, I certainly value that.

I invited boilertrust to design and quote for a domestic boiler upgrade which involved relocating of all services, new boiler, fixing water pressure and tanks, and new venting and gas and water pipe runs. They came up with the most elegant solution at a good price and impressive guarantee. Upon appointment their service was absolutely excellent, and the installation was to programme. They took the time to explain what they were doing in detail, and left us absolutely satisfied. In the 1.5 years since they installed the system we have had no problems whatsoever, and appreciate the occasional follow ups to ensure all is fine and the offer to come round for complimentary inspections. I’ve never felt compelled to write a glowing review for any trade or building service until now. 5+ stars from me, and a massive thanks to Mark and his whole team for an incredible service.

Excellent from start to finish, quote over the phone was backed up with a same day visit to verify installation on a Friday with everything explained. They arrived on the dot at 7:30 on the following Wednesday, job finished by 17:00. Very tidy installation and it all works beautifully. Mark, Tim and John should be proud, they are committed people doing a good job. Brilliant.

I have just had a new Combi Boiler fitted by Boilertrust.com with Mark and his team. The whole experience has been first class from start too finish.
I was originally told by another supplier that my home wasn't suitable for a Combi due to water pressure, this was totally incorrect.
Boilertrust are a highly professional team and are priced very competitive.
Everything is explained fully and clearly and their workmanship is outstanding.
Our install was finished way ahead of time, moving the boiler from a cupboard to the loft.
They didn't create a load of mess and left my house perfectly clean.
If you are looking for a new boiler i would definitely contact this company first, you won't be disappointed.

The central heating was fitted in two days. They all worked hard to a very professional standard. I'm very pleased with the work completed and I'm surprised by the excellent quality of the fittings and now have a very warm house. Recommend to anyone.

The price of needing to get a boiler replaced is quite often only the start.. now you need to find a tradesman you can trust with thousands of your pounds and the risk of the job quality etc.

Well I no longer have that issue. Mark was not only the most legitimate knowledgeable person I had round however took great pride in bringing me an excellent quality job.

Not only did he replace my boiler leaving all fittings and pipe work immaculate, the place was spotless, great communication and diagnosed a few other faults or shortcomings ( with out parts of my system) that he explained the cause and symptoms. There was no gain for him doing that as he dint even offer to fix them just avised on.

I would call his team for all my tradesman needs if only they covered it all.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just respect it when some one respects their own trade.

The work was very recently done however I have no reason to believe if in the unlikely event there are any issues he wouldn’t be straight round.

From the first time Mark visited to quote for the job I felt confident that we would be in good hands. The quote itself was competitively priced, and the standard of work was really impressive.
