Incredible was stuck on one particular feature that I just could not understand. They literally called me on the telephone, did the first one to show me, then waited while I did the next to be sure I fully understood. I deal with online website builders and OTAs daily - never experienced customer service like this.

They changed their pricing plan without any formal notice, we have not recieved any official email or notice from them, we only knew when the new invoice is released. And they promised to fix billing issues but still they did not. Also, old invoices which we paid not on the admin panel shows not paid.

I was in touch with your customer service to make sure that the connection between my Bokun and the Viator listing was properly connected, however despite his confirmation, couple of days later I have received a double booking even if I had closed out the date. This because the API was not connected (you can check all the past conversations between me and the customer service).
I have contacted then again one of your colleague that finally linked the API properly, but the problem on Viator persists as on 6th of October I have a booking that I can't satisfy because the API didn't take the close outs I have previously placed. Now, in order to solve it, I can only cancel from my side on Viator and received the penalty that the platform applies for cancellation. This is totally unfair and make me strongly think that Bokun is not the professional software I need despite paying much money during this year. I also want to ask how can I cancel my subscription because I'm not happy with this problem and how the problem was handled.

I'm a new Bokun client on a PRO plan. I'm still setting everything up, but in a few weeks, I have already encountered four bugs. The bugs related to super simple stuff like adding links to your videos from YouTube or adding an address from Google Maps, but not limited to.
Each time I discovered a problem I spoke with a support team and gosh it's so bad. As far as I see, they outsource customer help to a company in India to reduce costs. Every conversation is a pain, you need to explain very simple stuff for tens of minutes, and there is a constant feeling that the person on the line doesn't understand you at all. It's like everything they can do is refer to a support article (obviously useless) or after an unsuccessful attempt to help say that they will pass this to their expert team with a promise to keep you updated regarding a case status (which they don't do).
Also, they could call you in the middle of the night to ask for more details on the case. Even when you ask them to use email. It's a disaster.
I do believe that the product is good, I'm looking forward to using the Marketplace feature which seems very promising in terms of boosting our sales. But guys, cmon, it's a shame to deliver such a quality. I mean it's understandable when you're small, but you are a big company with a history. Respect your customers!

Tommy is just GREAT!!
Tommy has been helping me many many many times to set up my sailing tours (which were not easy at all to set up in BOKUN at the beginning).
He is very professional, patient, and he has always treated me in a very nice way. He has a very broad and deep knowledge of many Bokun tools and he is very creative in solving problems. I know he is busy solving other problems as well but he has always been available when I had issues and he was there to help me out (sometimes many hours in a row).
I wish there were many more Tommys in this company (and in the word). Thank you!

It is great. New contacts with worldwone companies but it is obligatory to upgrade to Bokun pro. Some of my contracts are frozen. If there would be free of charge there would be more contracts and more bookings so more income for all. Adding obligatory upgrade may loose contacts and lots of new bookings.
We sitched from Fareharbor to Bokun and it was the best decision. Sales improved and reduced the commssion on booking fees.
My experience was very quick answer with some product, I was finding some representant to help and that doesn't take long time they was some one fixed all I was get problems for that reason TripAdvisor is the best.
Made easier handling reservations from different platform,which is what I needed.
I must say that the customer service is fast in answering and has always solved my problems
