Absolutely horrible experience. Very very poor customer service. The phone number on the website does not work and you will need to spam them on email to get a response.

They took over 6 months and ended up having to request a refund since I could not get a hold of anyone. I recommend looking else where and saving your money and headache.

The keychain came out so perfect! Looks just like my pup! Be prepared for a long wait, but totally worth it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Crappy customer service, as in non existent. Ordered in July and it’s Sept now with 3 follow-up emails and no response.
I should’ve known when I placed an order back on Black Friday of 2022 trying to get these 4 keychains by Xmas, well it came and went and didn’t receive anything for another 2 months and what came was someone else’s order. Back then at least they’d respond after a few days. They fixed it and mailed me my correct order but I wasn’t able to give them as Xmas gifts as intended.
Go elsewhere, I believe silvercut.com does the same thing.

I ordered a pet keychain in April. It is now almost the end of August and still haven't received it. I've sent numerous emails and received multiple emails stating my order is priority, a tracking number will be sent, a discounted coupon. I asked for my money back and received an email with a coupon. I had ordered from this company one other time and even though it took awhile to get, I still received my item and I loved it. So beyond disappointed that I haven't received the keychain, It was a gift. Not sure I will even get my money back or the Keychain at this point.

I would give less than one star if I could. It took over 3 months and they charged me double for 2 poor quality key chains. Would NEVER Recommend or use agin.

I purchased 2 key chains for fathers day as it was advertised that it would be received before thr holiday. However, the key chains didn't and were over a week late. I was highly disappointed in this. I will say that the keychains were very detailed and my husband was very happy with them once they were delivered.

Loved the keychain. Easy to create and order. It took longer than expected.

I ordered 2 of the exact same thing and never received them. The dog died 2 freaking months ago and they give me this song and dance I ordered at a busy time. You suck

This order took FOREVER, It was so difficult to get an answer and I would get an email that said it was shipping then get another saying it was almost done, then another saying it was about to be delivered when I inquired they couldn't tell me anything. and then I had one of them break in the first week. The ring is still there and so after all this it's lost and I don't even have it anymore. Frustrating.

Quality is much worse expected and advertised.

I was lied to from the very beginning about when and how my order was processed and when it would be done LIES! LIES!
It went from 2 weeks to 4 months later. Never Again Will I Order Anything From This Company!

Quality of the actual product is good. However, I ordered this tiny keychain in February and received it in June. Were you mining the ore to forge the metal??? When I emailed about the status it was generic and just computer generated. Definitely will not be ordering again and will warn everyone not to use this “company”.

Terrible service, rude support and very long shipping. Ordered here about six months ago and everything was fine.

I regret that I did not look at these reviews prior to purchasing items from Boldier. I'm guessing this operation is out of China not the US. I will not order from them again.

The shipping experience was horrible. I questioned why the product I ordered took so long to be delivered, and was told it was because of “their anniversary sale” Then I was offered $30 as a gift for another purchase. Why would I order something else when it takes months to receive a product that I was expecting in weeks? I missed having a gift for someone on their actual birthday by at least a month

Website specifically states 1-2 weeks for production after order is placed. It took over 2 months for me to receive my keychain. Emails were answered but not with any resolution for my current order. They offered me a $30 off coupon for another order. Only when I said I was going to dispute charges because I had not received the product, miraculously I got tracking. Placed order on March 31st, received it June 6th

Once I received the product, I was also disappointed in the quality. It is so small and such thin metal that I feel the quality is not there for the price point. I will not be referring anyone to buy this product.

Months and months, emails after emails I still have not received my order. Was emailed 2 weeks ago with a tracking number. The tracking number is nothing. I’ve asked for a refund several times with no recognition. Worst company ever!

The Kindle cover I ordered is wonderful. Great quality and adorable.

Happy. Just arrived late.
