Unfortunately it got lost in the post. However Boldon had excellent customer service who have now rectified the issue with a new tracking number on 14th July 2024 and I now confirm that I have received my picture frame. On 15th July 2024. Thank You Yvonne. Very much appreciated.
The frame itself is gorgeously gothic in design as the name would suggest. Surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to hang. So practical as well as stylish. Highly recomended

Unfortunately, I ordered a frame in the wrong size, I then emailed Boldon Framing and made them aware the frame was the wrong size and that I would be returning it and requested a refund. Royal Mail collected the frame and it was returned back. I was then emailed back 11 days later explaining I was not eligible for a refund, however at this point I had already returned the frame.
I have now emailed twice saying if they can’t refund me, to return the frame, however it appears my emails are still being ignored.
Not only have I lost £20, I’ve now lost the frame too!
I am extremely unhappy with the service and won’t be buying any more frames from here moving forwards!

Recieved picture frame quickly and well wrapped.
The issue I have is I had to contact Boldon framing as the frame I recieved was badly chipped in 2 corners and the other corners where not together properly.
I got a reply apologising and a replacement would be sent out asap.
Nearly 3 weeks later and £10 out of pocket no picture frame.
I have messaged since and no reply.
Avoid at all cost they don't rectify there mistakes and just keep your money they are crooks would not trust them.

Purchased custom size frame on a bank holiday weekend and was amazed that it was ready on the next day for despatch!
Happy with frame and mount and would definitely buy from again

Great frames, delivered quickly at great prices! Really glad I found this company.

The quality of this Picture frame itself is fine. However, it was supposed to come with a stand and didn’t. I emailed to let them know and never received a reply. I do not like leaving negative feedback but they only had to respond with an explanation or a stand. Instead I am left with a frame not fit for my purpose and disappointment of being ignored.

Ordered their collage frames to fit 18 6x4 we have had to adjust the images multiple times as they keep slipping we have even sellotaped our pictures to the mount. Not impressed considering each frame costs £31, would expect alot more for the money. The black pegs on the back are breaking and snapping due to us having to keep opening the frames to adjust the images. Would expect more from a framing company

there was a mark a big blemish on my frame which was disappointing , I have emailed about a replacement and still not heard back after two weeks. would like a refund or a replacement without a mark on

Both frames showed unfinished edges. Initially I had raised another query before unwrapping the frames completely to which I received no response. When I raised the issue of the unfinished edges I was told replacements would be sent if I sent photos which I did. No response and none to 2 follow up emails.

Delivery was good the frame is beautiful and I would probably order frames in the future

A total lack of communication from this company. I suggest you avoid it. They have a brilliant website but no customer service and lack in any good forms of communication.

Dreadful after sales service. I realised I had over ordered and so returned two parcels mid February using their recommended Royal mail 48 hour pre paid service. I also emailed them to let them know what I was returning and the refunds due. Almost a month later and several unanswered emails I received a refund for one parcel but no response about the other one. No contact number and it seems they have little interest in any after sales service. Would not buy from them again even though the frames themselves are nice.

Impossible to get in touch with this company - I have requested a VAT receipt numerous times, emails are not responded to and there is no telephone number listed on their website.
