Extreme bad experience with Bolia!..
I had several bad experiences with Bolia regarding with technical issues on the couches i bought from your company and return them afterwards because you were not able to solve the issues in proper way. Lots of feathers are coming out from sofas and it is not stopping. Your technical service and technicians were also confirming that it is not normal, but no one came and work on it and solve my issue. It was also terrible to return these sofas, because i got no answer until i was putting your CEO in my e-mails, and than it was also declined to return these sofas, but when your CEO put in CC, return was also accepted. Beside i also bought a dinner table from your company, and delivery of my table was postponed without giving any information before hand, just a week before than original confirmed/committed delivery date. All in all, whatever is written on your website about customer care and how Bolia behaves to its customers are not true and trustable based on my experience with Bolia. This is why, i would never ever buy anything from your company, and cannot propose your company whoever i know.

Ordered and Paid For Products Don’t Exist
Your ordering and delivery are awful. Your customer service is very good. If I order a product and get an sms informing me that I can pick it up, the product should be there. It wasn’t. It didn’t exist. At least your customer service helped me with a solution, albeit with a delivery that’s over 2 weeks late.

I was told it was my fault and they told me to write back to get help to repair it myself. Then they stopped answering me. This is not good as I paid a lot for the table. I would not recommend…
