I have visited Bolia shop in Basel 4 times to select the right table and chairs and fabric for the pillows. Each time I was warmly welcomed and taken care of. The staff was attentively listening to our needs and advised on different set ups. We are very happy with the support received and the choice we made! Highly recommend the visit. It is a hidden gem of furniture stores in Basel and a must for the Scandinavian style and design enthusiasts.

Worse service ever
Worst service ever — shopping at Bolia is simply not attractive.
I bought several pieces of furniture and accessories from Bolia. I really like the design, but unfortunately my experience with their customer service has been very disappointing.
One item arrived faulty, and getting a replacement turned into a completely unnecessary battle. I’m also currently dealing with another issue where they ordered the wrong element for me. I returned it, but they are still holding onto my money.
Shopping should be easy, but with Bolia it has been the exact opposite. At this point, I’ve decided not to shop there anymore and I cannot recommend them.

superb service, quality and delivery time
Bolia was one of my options for replacing our sofa.
However, I ended up buying from Westwing and deeply regretting it. With two weeks left before my move from Germany, the week of the delivery they sent me an email saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver on time.
We rushed back to the Bolia store and spoke with the same salesperson who had helped me two months earlier. He remembered us and helped us find the exact model we were looking for in the returned goods inventory, offering the same discount we’d received when we first visited the store(40%). The sofa was delivered within a week, very well packaged and completely new.
If you like Bolia sofas, don’t be put off by the price. visit a store, because many products have huge discounts, not to mention the exceptional customer service.

Great experience at Bolia Potsdam, supporting and advising us in our options was very helpful. Eventually bought our Bolia Sofa and Garden furniture in Amsterdam (was logistically better) but thankful for Sirin and team.
