Choosing the number of stars for the rating was difficult. For products, I'd give it 5 stars. For the marketing department blowing up my inbox DAILY, and not offering a once a month or once a week option, I'd give them a negative 5 if possible. The same messages over and over and over.... I've ordered wonderful sheet sets twice, but will probably now try Apple Blossom, provided they are moderate with emails.

Maeve was so cool and fantastic in answering specific questions I had re: how “we really missed the buttons on the duvet covers”, but so many folks prefer zippers these days. However, we will see upon receiving our newest Reserve duvet cover set & sleep treats-no doubt it will be a real slice! Best bedding we’ve ever slept in.

I recently became aware of Boll & Branch. Bought a sheet set and LOVED my new sheets. Top quality!
What I really love is B&B doesn’t scrimp on its top sheets. There is a generous length to really tuck the top sheet in at the foot and still have the sheet reach the top of the bed. Other sheet makers usually scrimp here and you can barely tuck the sheet in at the foot!
I just bought another set called Elysian Cotton Cashmere. I can’t wait for them to arrive!
Then I needed help buying a new pillow for hubby. I reached out in the evening and got a response the next morning. Super helpful!
B&B has top quality products and a sales/support team who are the best!
Ohhh, forgot…. I bought a waffle weave blanket that hubby and I just love, love, love. Well, he likes it, but I’m in love! You know men, not quite as effusive over sheets and blankets!
Buy anything from B&B. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased some the perfect towels for my bathroom. When I realized that one of the towels was missing from my order, I contacted the company via email. A polite and respectful response came back immediately, they checked my order and the issue was remedied. I will definitely be shopping with this company again.

Incredible customer service. Rachel was amazing. I was missing an item and she was super responsive and resolved my problem immediately. Love the product and service.

Boll and Branch customer service is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to make things right. We discovered a fabric defect on a sham and within 2 days a new one arrived at our door. I was amazed at the swift email response as well as product replacement.

I wanted to browse, but the visit felt highly pressured. The saleswoman talked more about herself than listening.
Update per request...I was at the Summit in Vestavia/Hoover, Alabama.

Visited the store and loved the product. Ordered a set off a special promotion and was quite pleased. Saw a sale started so I purchased two more sets but forgot the discount code for free pillowcases. Wrote to customer service and they immediately honored my request in a personal message. The company is solid, the people are nice and the product is exceptional!
