Boll and Branch customer service is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to make things right. We discovered a fabric defect on a sham and within 2 days a new one arrived at our door. I was amazed at the swift email response as well as product replacement.

I wanted to browse, but the visit felt highly pressured. The saleswoman talked more about herself than listening.

Visited the store and loved the product. Ordered a set off a special promotion and was quite pleased. Saw a sale started so I purchased two more sets but forgot the discount code for free pillowcases. Wrote to customer service and they immediately honored my request in a personal message. The company is solid, the people are nice and the product is exceptional!

I love my Boll & Branch sheets. The color is unique and exactly what I wanted, and they are so soft. But even more, I love their customer service. I had a problem with an order, and they responded immediately with a great solution.

I have purchased many items from Boll and Branch. Never disappointed. But this latest purchase was delivered to an address across the country by UPS. They said they would get back to me in 7 days.
In the meantime I reached out to Boll and Branch customer service and within 45 minutes I received a response that they tracked down my order and when I would be receiving it. Very grateful for Good Customer Service.

I never thought I would need to contact Boll and Branch regarding their sheets that were purchased in 2022. A minor issue, they resolved it immediately. I also learned what to do and not to do when laundering their sheets.

Not only are Boll and Branch sheets an amazing product but customer service is exceptional. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size fitted sheet. After ordering the correct size I was asked why I made this purchase. I explained the situation including the fact I had opened and thrown away all the packaging. I received a response with a return label without even asking. This is a great company that wants to and will keep customers forever!

I ordered the wrong color for a duvet. They were very helpful in providing how to exchange it. In the end I kept the "wrong" color though as it still worked in the space - it's a great product. I love that it is a zipper vs buttons to close! It's very soft.

We just received our Percale quilted down comforter got it yesterday, and we absolutely love it! It was a cold, windy, rainy night Chicago night so the comforter arrived at the perfect time. It was so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. We absolutely love your products, we have multiple bedding, blankets & pillows from you all of which make going to bed something to look forward to every night

Great company and excellent products.

I had an issue and they were very prompt in replying and resolving the issue. They really went above and beyond with rectifying my issue.

I will be back (actually I did just go back and bought a few more things) - I will visit their site again if I need more quality items. Their linen material is so very soft! And the blankets (organic cotton) are beautiful, high quality.

Boll and Branch has the absolute best quality bedding in the business! Nobody else even compares. Not to mention, their customer service is top notch! I tell everyone I know, don’t let the price scare you. This bedding will be the best purchase you’ve ever made, not to mention they last forever!

I had heard the radio commercials and a relative told me about the product. I ordered two beautiful pillows and one cover. The pillows are superb, after trying multiple brands. I can honestly say these are top. Will keep them and use them for years to come. The cover was the wrong size and after washing it I noticed it did not fit the pillow. I contacted them and promptly received a response with a replacement on its way. Top customer service and superb product. Especially happy it’s an American. Thank you!!

I had an issue with fitted sheet color not matching top sheet color as well as pillow cases not matching I emailed customer service and they quickly responded and are sending us a new set of sheets!! The customer service was beyond excellent. The very best customer support I have ever contacted.

Shipping is fast and products come beautifully packaged (if your are giving a gift) or you have the option to limit packaging to save resources. Their customer service is second to none.
