I have been using Bolt since March and I have found them excellent. Kept well informed when my medication is dispatched and when to expect it. I am on 7.5 of Mj and they are by far the cheapest. Whenever you email they always respond very quickly. Very happy

There customer service is amazing. The support you need is always there.
They are very reasonably priced. My new pen arrives when it is supposed to. I have also changed the payment date to fit in with my finances.

I've found Bolt to support me on my weight loss journey , Started in January 2026 on Mounjaro and have made good progress with over 28kg lost to date but still some way to go.I have found them responsive when I have had queries and the delivery process to date is good . A couple of points I'd like to make .

* At a recent GP appointment my Doctor was surprised to hear that I was using Mounjaro as he hadn't been notified by BOLT and they should have done that ?

* I think that BOLT have changed their delivery partner to Royal Mail as my last delivery was by the regular post and arrived with the 'cold pack' melted albeit the medication was still cold, prior to this the packages , with the previous delivery partner , always arrived with the 'cold pack' still frozen.

Apart from this they have provided me with a good service.

Fantastic!! I needed help as I put an incorrect email address in, I called and Thea helped amending my details & stayed on the line until the email was sent. Very helpful & lovely customer service!! Once my email was changed I went on the app to add all my details and pictures, I couldn't believe I received my weight loss treatment the very next day. From start to arriving at the house fantastic. An app to track the journey & an offer to refer a friend and each get £40 off your next order. Very happy, thank you!

The company are so quick to respond to any queries and are very thorough in the advice given.
They are fully transparent with the cost of meditation and support you as you go through the program.

I am writing this because Bolt emailed me to congratulate me on a loss of weight that I had not lost! They asked me to write a review.
Bolt provided me with Wegovy at a low price at first. 2.5 grams, about 3/4 months ago.
When family issues unfortunately forced me to give up for 2 months (and I explained this to them) I was inundated with e mails, from different Bolt staff each time, some of which were bordering on patronising and distrusting. I wrote and told them so.
I moved up to 5 grams because 3 months on the lower dose was not effective at all.
I finally withdrew as I realised the plan was to put me through all the Wegovy strengths and then on to Mounjaro, which is not cheap. By this time I would have spent a fortune and like one or two of my friends, become dependant. An expensive addiction which I don't want. There still remains the issue of weight maintenance.So before becoming dependant I am now dieting healthily and properly and losing weight effectively.
Bolt Pharmacy do what they do. Just think about the future, both in terms of health and cost and just make sure it is right for you. Good luck!

Very efficient and quick service. Very happy with Bolt, love the app that you can download to keep track of your weight loss. Finding the wegovy pill really good so far.

Never bought from these clowns but I am being bombarded with emails from them, despite trying to unsubscribe from receiving them several times.
Great customer service - NOT!

Using bolt pharmacy has been easy and communication has been great. When I have contacted them they get right back to you. Mounjaro arrived a few days after I ordered it no problems highly recommend

When i started my Weightloss Journey with Both they made it so easy for me and their mounjaro was rhe most Affordable then ,if you pay like today you'll receive the next day, they're the Best

Journey started like many others with apprehension and worry about any side effect's and would it be worth it. However there was nothing to worry about. Lost almost 5 stone in less than a year. Appetite and food noise gone. Started on a low dose then raised it to 10mg max. Then reached my target weight started the journey to maintain and lowered it to the 2.5 mg over say 4 months. Whilst maintaining and enjoying life. Kept to a 5 day gym routine from a 2 day at the start. Had a blip on the journey and Bolt were very supportive and paused my subscription. They were always on hand to answer my emails or requests promptly.

When I was taking the injections,I was very constipated, so I stopped taking it.
I am now on the waygovy tablets, and I have not had any side effects.

I can recommend Bolt Pharmacy for your weight loss journey. They are very professional and are there to assist you whenever you need them. Their delivery was very quick once all the checks were done.

The adverts say that the prices are cheaper than other pharmacies, I would not expect to pay half price, but their prices turn out to be the same or more expensive.
I never purchased medication with them, or updated them with my weight loss information, but today I received an email congratulating me for my 15% weight loss.
Where is information coming from?
