Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service at great prices. They responded to all of my WhatsApp questions quickly and were always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Any requests I had were dealt with promptly and professionally.

I was especially impressed with how carefully they delivered my medication. During the hot weather, it arrived packed with cooling packs to ensure it stayed within the recommended temperature range. That attention to detail gave me real confidence that my medication was being handled properly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their excellent customer service, competitive prices, and efficient, reliable delivery.

Unfortunately I was delivered the wrong…

Unfortunately I was delivered the wrong dose of medication back to the lowest dose when I moved to Bolt. Very unclear process on needing to upload previous prescription and before I had checked my emailed the incorrect dose had been sent and now am out of pocket as can’t return and on a lower dose than I need. I can’t afford to buy another dose so my weight loss journey has taken a dip and am not at all happy. The ‘help’ from Bolt has been going round in circles for a week and thought they were going to review to help me but now saying they can’t do anything even though it’s their process that has failed.

I’ve been really impressed with the customer service of Jesse

I’ve been really impressed with the customer service since signing up with Bolt Pharmacy. From day one, I’ve had the support of Jesse, who has been so unbelievably kind, friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She’s gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured, patiently answering the countless questions I’ve had about my prescription. She’s checked in with me multiple times, and even when I was going through some personal issues, she remained just as helpful and kind.

As for Bolt Pharmacy itself, the service is efficient and fast, and I really appreciate being kept updated with regular notifications — exactly what I’d want and expect.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience, and I wanted to leave this review because I believe Jesse truly deserves the credit and recognition for the outstanding support she’s given me.

Non Delivery for 3 days with Concerns Not Addressed Fully

Non delivery for 3 days, Concerns Raised with No Resolve.

My first Bolt order was confirmed as dispatched on Friday 10th July, to be delivered by Royal Mail tracked 24 service.

I have now awaited for this order across Sat, Sun and today (Mon). Throughout this period, I’ve been unable to see tracking progress online, due to the Royal mail app not updating since dispatch, which in itself has been very frustrating.

Upon contacting Bolt today (Monday) via email, I expressed my concerns regarding the prolonged delivery process, including the feasible effects on the stability of the product, especially as the general UK temperature has been extreme, with Sat reaching in excess of 30 degrees and up to 33 degrees in some areas.

During this period the Royal Mail app continue to merely state “the parcel is in transit”. So this could have sat in a hot royal mail van for days.

Either way, as the 72 hour cold chain is now compromised, medication is deemed to be rendered unsafe or ineffective, and this will also render the refrigeration of the product void, so not enabling storage prior to choosing first use.

To this I will refuse the parcel if this does arrive tomorrow (Tues) or thereafter.

As much as Bolt acknowledge the discrepancy with the postal system, they do not seemingly want to accept responsibility for this by resolving the situation. Their responses have left me frustrated, through a series of message tennis and reasons as to why a refund may not be viable until fully assessed.

This package from Bolt Pharmacy has now been held by the courier for over 72 hours, and as stated the medication's strict cold chain has been compromised.

I would therefore appreciate a resolve from Bolt on this matter asap, and kindly request an immediate refund in full to follow, as I do not wish for a replacement.
