The "Go to" fastener supplier IMHO

Excellent communication and helpfulness
The items I bought were very good but the most impressive aspect was the way the company resolved a minor mix up with my order.
Two wrong items were initially delivered and when I informed them about the mistake they were very quick to appologise, tackle the error and send replacement that arrived within 48 hours.

Excellent - this time
The order was fulfilled very quickly, as was the previous order. I really like the range of colours offered for the cover caps. I ordered the pack of 100 both times(different colours) & this time the pack contained 106. This was obviously better than the 1st order as that pack actually contained only 96.
