Paul has undertaken work for me over the past few years and I can honestly say he has gone above and beyond any previous tradesmen I have employed, correcting many mistakes made by others. He is efficient, tidy, polite and explains anything you do not understand. I can honestly and truthfully say the day I was introduced to Paul was a Godsend. Thank you for all your help and understanding.

Paul did an excellent job fixing a leak in our cistern. It was a difficult job as access was tricky but he managed to fix it and it seems to be working even better than before. Lovely job with no mess as he cleaned up afterwards. He charged a very reasonable amount for the job and was a pleasure to deal with.

I had Paul to demolish my old shed and erect my new potting shed and he made good the base which was rotting.
He did an excellent job and worked very hard. He kept me informed and did not do anything before explaining it to me.
Very honest and professional and friendly.
He cleaned up all the mess from sawing the old shed and left my garden tidy. I would certainly recommend him and would give him 10 stars if I could .

Very helpful and knowledgeable man. Only too pleased to help and advise. He was prompt at the appointment time and even called first to confirm he was still coming.

I initially wanted him for 2 quotes including clearing my garden. However in the meantime a kindly neighbour had taken pity on me and cleared the garden first.
From experience with other trades, I thought this might have frustrated him but he assured me he would still come out for the other job anyway.

He ended up fixing a small rat hole in the side of my property and because the job was so small and hardly took any of his time, he didn’t accept an offer of payment, even though he had taken time out of his day to visit the property, lost the quote from the garden work and used some of his own products.

I would have no hesitation in using him again for odd jobs around the house and would recommend him to others.

I had Paul install new locks on my property and I was very happy with the service and the price. I got a really speedy response and the work was carried out to a high standard. Paul talked me through the options in detail and went above and beyond with further security advice. There's lot more that Bombardier property maintenance offer and I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Leaking toilet. Talks the talk but never came back to finish it and put it back as it was before the leak - I've now had to pay someone else.

Also price didn't match the original quote.

I'm answer to the reply - yes you told me there was a shortage of white silicon so you used clear and left the vanity unit with a huge gap on the left hand side. In our Oct phone calls and emails you agreed that you would contact me re finishing which is 3 months ago.

No you had a list for a number of jobs and we agreed you would put it right when you returned and I have given you long enough - please check your last email "I will be in touch about a quote for your other work". I have waited long enough and paid someone to finish it off today.

Very professional, polite & efficient, wore a mask, did a good thorough job. Explained everything he was doing, and gave clear advice as to what else we could do to prevent future problems. Very honest and transparent - we knew what he was doing and why. The female homeowner did not feel ignored or patronised, which has sometimes happened with tradesmen in the past. Would definitely recommend.

Paul has completed a variety of home maintenance and home improvement jobs for me and my Mum. We have been really pleased with everything he has done. Paul is careful and knowledgeable about his work and everything is finished to a high standard. We thoroughly recommend him.

Paul has helped me get my house rent-ready by doing a multitude of household jobs efficiently and well. He has also boarded out my loft and fitted a ladder.
To add to this, Paul has been contactable and responsive when I have messaged and above all reliable which is what everybody needs!
I will definitely call upon Paul again.

Forget the reviews here.... This individual is a tin pot tradesman.... I've paid nearly £300 in total, he's added on various made up surcharges to inflate his bill. On November 11th, he undertook plumbing under my kitchen sink.... He WAS NOT asked to do this.... And didn't consult me first. He was asked to Merely fix a shelf.... He's caused a serious leak, resulting in serious water damage and massive inconvenience... And refused to put this right... Via a qualified plumber.

I ams severely disabled, and can't currently use my kitchen sink/cook etcetera - or use my washing machine.

He's was also paid to re paint some skirting boards.... This resulted in him dabbing paint here and there.... He was very agitated and rude because he wanted to go home.

He also got paint - which won't come off, on my brand new - very expensive flooring.

He refused to leave when asked.... And refused to comply with covid guidelines.

I'm applying to have him removed from the list of vetted tradesman from Leeds City Council's register.

Seriously. Forget the questionable reviews here. And go elsewhere

I needed someone out pretty urgently to repair a pipe from the bathroom which was pouring water out onto a flat roof. I was given Paul’s details from a friend and he came out the day I called, bought the necessary parts and fixed the problem the next day.

Reasonably priced for this specific job and was able to fix it really quickly. Would recommend.

Paul Bombardier Property Maintenance is an excellent tradesman. Paul completes work of a high standard and fit for purpose. In addition Paul has excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing difficult jobs to be repaired to a high standard. Paul is a good communicator, on time and reliable. I would definitely recommend Paul to friends and family.
