Never disclosed tariff fees! Or extra costs!

Never disclosed tariff fees
Or shipping fees/ website and my receipt said nothing! Package showed up and was told I had to pay another $66 to keep my package for tariff fees - and I had already paid $30 for over night shipping and it was not delivered overnight! Then they said had to be a money order which how do you just get a money order the second UPS tries to deliver when I had no idea of a cost! So had to wait another day and chase the UPS guy down to give a money order, I had no idea about. Then if I refused the package or to pay it they would not refund my money and keep the product !!!! What a scam! .

We ship all orders from Canada, and unfortunately, new tariff fees and import regulations were recently introduced by your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and collected directly by the courier, which is why they are not displayed at checkout on our website or receipt.

We also regret that your overnight shipment was delayed. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, once packages are in the hands of the courier, customs clearance and carrier requirements (such as money order payments) are outside of our control.
