Amanda clearly bought SHEIN-quality printed sheer clothing without tags and has the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for their products! The quality of their items has significantly deteriorated over the years. I placed an order on January 7th, and the items arrived on the 20th. lol

I deleted the app and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At this point, Amanda seems to be solely focused on making money, disregarding the quality of their products. If they didn’t get married every year and invest in proper fabrics, their clothes would be of better quality. I don’t think it says in her Bible to rip people off! The factory is located in New Jersey, and the majority of their clothes are junk, except for those that are clearly marked and tagged from brands like BiBi or POL.
Can’t return this printed see-through SHEIN fabric crap as you will just get store credit. Don’t bother to reach out to customer service.

I've had such a great time and experience ordering wigs from Rebel Gypsy. I finally have my confidence back after losing my hair to the C word. I love the Lives on her app. Getting to view the wigs and the atmosphere is amazing!! I will continue to be a long time customer. If you're looking for amazing wigs, jewelry and clothes check out Rebel Gypsy. Also the app is very user friendly. Alot of drama and talking has gone on in the past. I've yet to confirm anything legitimate, except other women who need to get a hobby and find Jesus! Anyway prayers for them. I have been ordering for a long time and love everything I've ordered.

All of her wigs, jewelry, etc are purchased wholesale at prices 3-4 times CHEAPER, and resold by her at an insane price. You can buy the same exact products from AliExpress and have faster shipping as well.

Beware when purchasing wigs from Rebel Gypsy as the are Bobbi Boss, Outre, etc branded wigs with the label cut out of them and marked up 200% plus for sale on the Rebel Gypsy site. Also the owner of Rebel Gypsy is a seller of the Trim Fit purple tea. She posts pictures of herself before and after however fails to mention she’s had a tummy tuck, boob job, mommy makeover, etc. Beware of this scammer

I ordered two wigs over three weeks ago. I just received them on Friday. They were very low quality. One of them had a big bald spot in the front of the wig and can’t even be worn. I reached out to them sent photos like they asked, they were rude and then they quit responding and they blocked me Very disappointed!!

Worst 1st experience!
My first order was cancelled without explanation from RG through Klarna.
I received a message from Klarna (don’t use them either) ,saying my order was cancelled. I was thinking RG was out of the items I wanted so I placed another order. I was then notified that I had two orders. I sent an email to RG to cancel one and the person said I could not cancel the order. So I wanted to cancel both orders and they still said no, I also realized that it would take up 10 days to ship which I was leaving within 7 days for my trip and would not receive the items in time. RG WOULD NOT cancel the order. I then realize that ALL WIG PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
I never saw anything saying that, what I did I read was that I could return the items as long as they were in the original packaging. So RG screwed me out of money for items I didn’t want!
I returned the two exact suits that I tried to cancel previously and I get a response saying they will give a credit but next time your return needs to be within seven days which it was 3/7 when they arrived and, and I requested a return on 3/7 and again 3/12 and I tried to cancel the order on 2/23 before it even shipped!
Terrible customer service, it takes days to get a response plus the emails are not readable on my phone.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT!
ALSO They drop ship items from a third party which makes it worse to do returns. I am so disappointed! :(
Please don’t buy from that company! You work too hard to have your money stolen by a company like this.

I made a purchase on 2/4/25. My first purchase through Rebel Gypsy. I noticed my order didn’t show up under my order history on the mobile app so I reached out to customer service via email. 12 hours later, no response. So I email again. Again, no response. All the while Rebel Gypsy is posting all over social media and the app, going live, etc. but you can’t return my email??? This is my FIRST ORDER AND FIRST IMPRESSION of you. I will just go back to ordering through Chelsey Smith Cosmetics because at least she and her team respond in a respectful and timely manner. It has been over 48 hours and I’ve received no response. At this point I just want my order cancelled because I do not want to do business with a company that has such a lack of customer service. If they don’t respond to my request to cancel, I’ll just cancel through my bank. I have proof in writing where I’ve tried contacting the merchant MULTIPLE times with no response.

I was looking through her site & was interested in purchasing, but as someone who has been wearing wigs for years....I noticed after a while that I recognized some of these styles & colors. These are all Outre, Sensationnel, & Bobbi Boss wigs ! I actually own a few that she has on her site & I most definitely didn't pay as much as she's charging for them ! You're better off going to a beauty supply store in your area - they'll be 3x cheaper.

Spent $400 + on my first order and she won’t issue a refund of any sort for 2 out of 4 things purchased. 2 both in sealed bag still. 6 months after purchase. I paid for garbage. Don’t get stuck in it too

I’m writing this review to put the facts out there. Previously over the past year, I have made several several purchases from Rebel Gypsy and Amanda Lawrence however, most recently I purchased a wig that was shown on live when I received the wig it was nothing like the wig showing on the live, the color was different. The length was different, I contacted customer service to advise them, I got nothing back. I made a second attempt to contact Rebel Gypsy, again nothing back at this point iMessage Amanda Lawrence on her Facebook page via private messenger. Explain the situation at that point she told me to take a picture of the wig in the daylight and send it to her well, I told her that I wasn’t gonna take the picture in daylight because on the live it was taken in front of photography lights or , ring light . So I put up my ring light and took a picture and attempted to send her a picture of the stock wig that was shown on the live and a picture of the wig I received however, only to my dismay she blocked me. She blocked me on Rebel Gypsy app and she blocked me on her own. In addition to blocking me on Rebel Gypsy app, she took away approximately $50 credit that I had. She didn’t want to hear the facts, she didn’t want to hear the fact that her clothes are found on Amazon that she sells her wigs are found on Amazon and TikTok and Bobbi boss. So at this point I would say probably three weeks have passed and I was giving her the opportunity to make this right and she didn’t respond so then I had my attorney send an email, she didn’t respond to my attorney therefore I had to take further action, which was one last try prior to taking this matter to court. So I’m not trying to scam anybody just so the people out there know I was the ones scammed. I was asking for my credit back and the cost of the wig that I purchased again to this date which is October 10. Have yet to receive anything correspondent anything so after a few more days, I think the final action will have to be taken and then takes it from there. So just a wise if you purchase wig from her, she claims that her own wigs that she manufactures them, which is a total lie in one of my wigs. You could see where the manufacturer tag was cut out so I asked her you know where her manufacturer tag was and she’s like oh why manufacture my own wig and I don’t have to put a tag in there, so right there throws out red flags. Just out of curiosity I saw that she has a checkered skirt on I go to Amazon and there’s that same checkered skirt so just a heads up if you’re purchasing from her just be cautious. I thought I was cautious, but and I thought we were friends, but obviously I got stabbed in the back with that one if you got any questions or anything about this, please feel free to ask. It’s just for awareness purposes.

I have seen some bad reviews for this company. In my opinion these reviews have been written in an attempt to sabotage Amanda's company. I have been a customer for going on 4 years,and have found all of these negative comments to be untrue. Customer service is great,and her wigs are good quality.Always have received my orders in a timely manner.In my opinion negative reviews are bogus.

I made an order with Rebel Gypsy for 2 wigs and 2 things of clothing. I received the clothing but not the wigs. I noticed in the app that they split the clothes and wigs into two separate shipments. Well, after I received the clothes on 9/23/24 I decided I would give the wigs a couple more days. I went to try and check the provided tracking number and it stated that the tracking number was wrong or hasn’t been picked up yet. It is now 10/1/24 and I still have yet to receive the wigs. I reached out to customer service by email (because there’s not a phone number to call so you can talk to someone) and they told me USPS says the items were delivered. Yes, the clothes were delivered, not the wigs! So, I replied back to the email that they originally applied to and I attached pictures that it was broken into two shipments and that the tracking number for the wigs doesn’t even work. Still nothing. I’m very disappointed and I think it’s crazy you don’t have a phone number posted for people to call for customer service. Will not shop here again.

I started my wig journey with this company and Unfortunately almost walked away and was just going to wear hats for the rest of my life because of my experience. I put a product on my waitlist and after receiving my first wig I realized that I needed a lower density wig. I tried to cancel an order that was off from my waitlist and it wasn’t even shipped yet! I initially received an email stating that was absolutely no problem… Then a week later she shipped it anyways! I messaged her again trying to resolve the issue asking if I didn’t open the package and just send it right back for a store credit or an exchange again I was told absolutely no problem not from her but an employee… Then I received an email from her stating all sales are final and I am pretty much S.O.L This is such poor customer service and sending mixed Signals to a buyer. You should honor your initial response!!!! After shopping around and finding Chelsea Smith cosmetics wigs which are a lot more affordable and the fibers are amazing!!! Not to mention the outstanding customer service!!! If I were you I would buy from a different company this woman has no idea what customer service is about , sticking to your word when you tell a customer something shows the integrity of a business. Something Amanda really needs to learn!

Love her wigs just the shipping!! Just ridiculous!!! I get items from overseas faster than receiving from this company. I know she would fair better all around if she prioritized her shipping. Which keeps a customer returning! Prices are way marked up. Need to irder on a sale. Another customer displeaser . I shop mostly Nel’s wigs. Doesnt get better than her…

I absolutely 💯 recommend this company. She's poured her heart and soul into her business and shares her life daily with people who support her. I cannot even say how much wigs I've bought from her but all I know is when I lost my hair she was right there! I can't imagine doing this journey without rebel gypsy.

Soooo many wrong wigs were sent, she makes you prove it's the wrong wig and will even argue about it. The clothes are cheaply made and the free jewelry is fabric glued to a backing that is similar to what kindergarten kids make you for mother's day. Such a waste as they go straight to the trassh!

Amanda charges ridiculous amounts so she can make you feel like you're getting a deal with her cash back sales. Within hours of putting one in it will be a tangled mess and lose all it's softness. Throw n go? What a joke! I spend more time trying to style these than i ever have with my bio hair. The caps are insanely uncomfortable and itchy. I go nuts and can't wait to get the thing off my head. Read the other reviews if she doesn't try to bury them first.

I bought honey bee and atrium. I love the way they feel and how snug they fit. The hair is quality and is not irritating. I live in utah with high winds and they don't blow off, which is the best part. Delivery a bit slow but that's worth it when you get it. Thanks amanda

I did get the right wig and i am trying to get my money back.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Rebel Gypsy and owner Amanda. I placed an order and she turned around and refused my order. She refunded my money, blocked me from the company entirely with no explanation as to why. I do know that one of her gals that does lives for her doesn’t like me and is all about drama. So I’m sure this individual has bashed me to the owner and the owner has sided with her and has chosen to ban me. I’m not the only one she has done this to. A sale is a sale. If you’re going to keep refusing orders because your employee doesn’t like someone, you’re going to go out of business. This company and the individuals that promote it are all fake and two faced…..stay clear from this company!!

I wanted to update my review. After I posted this previous review I was sent a email with a gift card that more than covered my wig order. I haven’t received the wigs yet but glad that Amanda the owner resolved the issue.
I ordered two wigs from Rebel Gypsy in September 2023 was told one was out of stock and gave them the name of the wig I wanted I keep texting in the Rebel chat, facebook page and still no response I asked for the wigs or my money back and still have not received a response. I talked directly to Amanda the owner told her my dilemma and still no response. I just want my wigs or my money
