I ordered a dress months ago . Just got it today no tags way smaller than a 3x it look like it came out of somebody closet also looked like somebody wore it . Horrible I will never shop The Bombshell Boutique ever again

Went to Bombshell to get my ' mother of the groom ' outfit. Tracy was amazing and honest, lots of choice. Left the HQ thrilled with my dress and hatinator, and they were in the sale !!! I am now confident of feeling fab for the wedding, it really makes the most of my curves and is very flattering. l wouldn't hesitate to go back as the customer service was great and the clothes are such good quality especially for those special occasion outfits. Beautiful dress, looks amazing. Had to go up two sizes, but great customer liaison and replaced quickly. Packaged with care and feels quality. I felt very special in it.

Dresses come up VERY small. I had to go 2 whole sizes up so be warned. DId I think the quality was worth the price - no.

Also, I returned the items and here I am nearly three weeks without a refund. They have had the dress with them for almost three weeks but no refund and I've had to chase.

Also, as sizing is so small why not extend the size range ?

The service was great, packaged beautifully. The dress is amazing, being a bit short and big busted, dress purchasing is a nightmare. Bombshell dress is the best fit I've ever had. So much so, my next order is on the way. I bought a silk dupion dress for a wedding, now I'm waiting for everyday wear. Thank you BB

I ordered one piece jumpsuit and fabric is not good wuality and made my skin itch. Very disappointing for that price

The grace dresses look exceptonaI on line, so purchased the largest size available 22 HOPING it would fit me. I waited anxiously for it to arrive and it came when DPD said it would. Excellent delivery service. The grace kingfsher blue silk dress is absolutely stunning, the dress is beautifully constructed - but sadly it didn’t fit me. As I write this I am gutted. So my daughter asked to try it on and she looked fabulous. I must admit I felt proud that she looked wonderful, a perfect fit but there was a slight tinge of envy and so grudgingly I told her she could have it. I am now on a diet. I do not want to be bigger than the largest size and I WILL get my bombshell grace dress in the green, purple and stretch satin. Bombshell you have inspired me to lose weight out of sheer vanity and for the sole and only purpose of getting into one of your most outstanding dresses I have ever come across. The dress is a quality garment by a quality company - and my daughter is delighted.

I think I must be the only disappointed one! So I’m giving it a 3 star as the dress was nice and the material was lovely.
I ordered an 18, I’m usually a 14 as I read the dresses come up small and to go up a size. However, it was far too small from the waist up, I couldn’t even do the zip up, the sleeves were also too tight.

My return has been in the warehouse now for five days and I’ve not received a refund yet, I’m a tad disappointed to be far. I know it says it can take up to 14 days for a refund but I did think it would be back in the bank by now. As exchanges take 48 hours. If an exchange can be made within 48 hrs why not a refund?

Bought a dress for my sons wedding this year, fantastic service, beautiful dress. Have ordered the undergarments to make it look as it should. Will definitely be buying from here again and have recommended to all my friends

Love my tartan dress. Perfect for wedding guestwear with patent heels and jaunty fascinator, but also suitable for work and could be dressed up with red lippy for Christmas. I am 14 to 16 and having read dresses come up a little snug I chose to order 16.

Oh my God, why can’t all companies be like this one. I’ve not tried it on yet as not been able but it’s beautiful, I’m 99 per cent sure it will fit and if it’s not right I have no worries about returning it for another. The customer service is amazing this far. Sue Mobberley, Cheshre

In fact, today it is difficult to find a store with a wide and varied selection of models. And that's why I paid attention to it, because it stands out from the crowd. I think there's a cool wardrobe for all occasions. And quality also deserves separate attention and compliments.

I ordered the classic all black wiggle dress. I was not only super happy with the fantastic quality when I received it, but customer service goes above and beyond with making sure I was able to access the status of my order at all times.
