A complete waste of money… bought a dress for £40 so say half price. The quality is dreadful like some cheap dodgy market… I won’t wear it. I checked out the return policy which says it has to go back to Asia so return costs are between 25-50 quid! Ie: no point returning… just have to suck up throwing 40 quid away…

Use social media to False advertise fashion items that look nothing like what you eventually receive. Very disappointed and I would avoid.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughters viking themed WEDDING!!!
I waited 3 weeks and was really excited but yesterday the "dress" turned up. Totally wrong. Frumpy, poor quality, nothing like what I ordered. I have 8 days to find a new one. I am SO disheartened, disappointed and VERY, VERY ANGRY!!!

Awful company - dress nothing like as advertised, cheap material, badly made & bad sizing. Have contacted their shown email for refund process & heard nothing for 2 weeks - I wish I’d read the reviews first! Do not buy (& are not cheap!) wasted money

I wish there was a rating for ZERO stars! I’m only sorry I didn’t check the reviews before I made a purchase. My clothes never arrived! When I wrote them, they said that “my ticket was cancelled because I never responded to their email”. Huh? Never got an email either. So now I’m waiting for a full refund (ya,right). Hopefully I can make a claim with my bank. They are a total scam.

Giving this company a 1 because I don’t have a choice.
I a new mum who kept getting targeting by this stupid shop in the middle of the night. Out of sleep deprivation I spent money here. They have delivered 4 dresses 5 weeks later of which one of the dresses is nothing like what I ordered. Have emailed the company a month ago and chased multiple times with no response.
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from these scammers
UpDate on PayPal, they will not refund as items were delivered even though not material inferior and returns was proven

Ordered a jacket in March 2025. Arrived from China late on 4/2/25. The jacket button was broken and item was dirty. I emailed them to info @ bomia brand. com. on 4/2/25, the day I received that package to let them know and ask for refund or assistance with it. NO reply at all. I messaged them yesterday to the same email address. They didn't care one bit and told me I'm outside of the return window by a week. I told "CJ" that I did email them, and I provided the email that I sent to them on 4/2/25. He didn't care and tells me they didn't receive it. I will let everyone know that this company is a scam. There is no address to return and no phone number to call as well. Do not buy the clothing because they don't care if they send you crap...they have no interest in customers because they know the product isn't what is shown on the site or on social media.

Bomia London is NOT London - it is 146 TUNG CHOI STREET, MONGKOK, KLN, HONG KONG on their website but it is not!! It is CHINA. And the products are NOT what they are represented to be.

The product I received looked nothing like the photo - it is a cheap salmon pink wool waistcoat that should be beige. I complained and they have asked me to ship it back to China at my expense !! I complained again and again and it was ignored. So it is a breach of UK trading standards. This is the return address given:

Awful scam! Save your money and do not fall for this trap. I bought 3 items, once they arrived I quickly realised this was really poor quality. I then inquired about a return to which they responded. Their Bomia london name is misleading as it’s all based in China , so I paid £30 to have tracked returns. They never ever returned my items so I was down the £129 I paid for the clothes plus the return postage. I wish I had read the reviews here before

This is nothing short of a scam and I am going to be reporting to Trading Stadards. I ordered from what looked to be a UK website and have been told they didn’t have the stock in the UK so it had to be shipped from China. Now I have to return it to china - at the cost of £25 to get a refund for £35! The product is shocking quality and nothing like the website. Do not order from this site!!

Item was very different style to what was pictured and very poor quality material - not cotton as stated. Took about 3 weeks to arrive (from China not London). Now not replying to email to arrange return even though it says you can return within 14 days.

DO not buy from this website - they are not in London, they are in Asia. Items are terrible quality (I actually found the same item on Amazon for 6 pounds) and they want to charge you 20/25 pounds to return them! An absolute rip off.

I can't give it less than one star - unfortunately. Do not buy from this website. It's a scam! The online photos do not resemble the actual items. The clothing is cheap and poor quality. Luckily I purchased through PayPal so after some effort agreed to a 50% refund. I would urge other customers to try this as otherwise they are just going to keep getting away with taking people's money.

Ordered this item online on their website, came nothing as described, EXTREMELY CHEAP material. Ordered size L, pants were L, sweatshirt S, do not waste your money. Let's hope return is NOT painful

Terrible customer service. Says they’ll respond to an email in 24 hrs. Three emails and nada. Over three weeks for delivery. Clothes barely resemble photo and sizing is not good. Med fits like xl

Agree with all the comments below- very cheaply and badly made garments with false advertising regarding quality of fabric. There is no London office, everything is shipped from Asia. Only when you buy an item are you told that the shipping costs back to Asia are ‘between £25-£50’. I have emailed three times to initiate a return with no response. This company needs to be investigated and official complaints need to be filed.
