This is a complete scam - bad quality and impossible to return. Do not waste your money.

Terrible quality jacket. Fabric cheaper than cheap. Stitching not straight - basically unwearable.
Returns policy not viable due to high cost of return - not made clear anywhere on the website until after order placed.
What a waste of £39.99 - Images used on the website are not the quantity of the garment received. I wish I’d seen these reviews prior to ordering.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete waste of money. If only I had read Trustpilot reviews first. I believed I was buying from London…no, it’s China. The quality is really awful, the material is so cheap and the buttons and button holes do not line up. Keep your hard earned money rather than give it to this company. I have emailed twice for directions to return and had no response. I now understand from other reviews the cost to return the item to Asia is between £25 and £50. On an item I paid £39.95 for, this is ridiculous. A con by any other name. Will not buy because of an influencer EVER AGAIN 😡
I would give 0 stars if it were possible, but it’s not.

Wish I had checked reviews. This is a con. The jacket nothing like expected quality. Have tried returning but still waiting for response and by looks of it the cost will be more than jacket???

Rubbish quality when asking for return and refund have to pay return cost to Asia

Bought a blazer off their website. The material described as “a blend of cotton and knitted fabrics for comfort and durability” was actually a horrible cheap polyester. The fit and shape is only comparable to a potato sack. The name “Bomia London” is intentionally misleading as the product shipped from China and return cost more than the item. Straight into the garbage bin.

Avoid at all costs!
I wish I have read the reviews before I ordered. Absolute rubbish item, poorly made and doesn’t look nothing like the pictures on their website. They are not based in London but China. Sh*t show of a company.

Do not buy from this company … item looks nothing like the item purchased poorly made and very poor quality! Should have been £70! Can’t believe I paid £39.95! I can send back but have to cover the cost to china if £25-£50 but the as a goodwill gesture as a new customer they will give me a refund if 10% and I can keep it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give zero I would. Product was terrible, so I returned it. Almost a month later and they never refunded and won’t reply to my emails now. Awful

Really slow shipping, unfortunately shipped from China which isn't detailed on the website so worryingly low cost items for the distance travelled and the supposed quality, I would definitely question their manufacturing. Item was completely different to what was shown and described on the website. So far no response about a refund or returns.

I ordered a size 7 of this boot which is 40 in EUR size. Instead I was sent a size 39.

Despite sending me the wrong product they are asking me to return the item at my expense to an address in China. I have read other reviews online of people who have been scammed by this site so I am not wasting any more money on postage.

This business has now stopped replying to my messages.

Terrible quality, says it’s from London comes from China took well over two weeks to arrive and it shows that it is lined with black satin and there is no lining. It looks cheap.

Horrible quality. Looks like a Halloween costume material. Ordered and actual jacket and the material is as thin as an $7 t-shirt. Also about 3 sizes too small. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Horrible lie this company is. Says it’s London based and comes from China. As soon as it shipped I knew I got ripped off. Threw it right in the donation bin.

Ordered a Wool vest. Took ages to arrive.
When it arrived it is not wool but made out of synthetic materials. Is such poor quality that you can see through it. Now fighting for a refund. Emails received from them say I have to return to China at my expense, yet the vest is not as described.

Item took forever to arrive.
When I contacted them they apologised and said it was on its way....
Poor quality, looks like an amateur knitted it and when I went to fold it up I found a black mark on the collar.
Ignore everything they tell you on the site, product is rubbish.
Sending it to local charity shop.
If the refund takes as long as the delivery then I'll never receive it.

Website looks like a UK page don't be fooled its from China.
Ordered a hoodie for my daughter, stated in stock ready to ship. Shows picture of lovely embroidered hoodie.
Two weeks after ordering still had not dispatched after a couple of emails they sent it. Eventually arrived from China 3 weeks later. It's not embroidered it's a cheap hoodie printed logo. Avoid.

Please be aware that this is Luna London clothing operating under another name. I believe they have had so many terrible reviews that they've had to change their name.
I am still trying to get a refund for £89 worth of clothes that I retuned. had to pay £20 postage to China.
They are scammers
