Absolutely shocking experience,
I ordered a white Bridget bag and received a pink bag instead,(10 days later than I anticipated.)
I asked to return it and was informed that I would have to pay tracked international shipping to Norway costing me £18.
I was given the option to keep the bag and receive a 40% refund which I am still waiting for.........

Bought a handbag a month ago. The bag material feels like plastic and the inside storage material is made out of noisy plastic. Looks cheap. Don’t waste money and buy from this company. They’re all over social media with good looking advert but it’s a cheap product from China.

My overall experience was quite bad. Exp. Delivery showing while ordering was 18th April, then after paying 24th and finally arrived on 29th. So waiting time if you are ordering to UK is around 3 weeks. Packed in black stretch foil, squashed and already dirty. Bag is nowhere near similar to the bag on the pictures and looks like it was ordered from T**u or A*I Expr*ss. Some of you will say what to expect from the £30 bag but if you don't respect your money go ahead and order. I am not happy but what I am going to do now? Return to US? Wait another month just to bag get to them and then wait for response? I will give it to my 10 year old niece... Disappointed. Especially when they advertise SALE with discounted prices from £3000 :) this is funny. Do not but unless you don't care about your money or product quality and just want any bag. I have seen many bags for less in shops like TK or even Prim**k with way much better quality. All of those positive comments must be from paid farms.

I have ordered several bags from them previously and have never been disappointed. The quality is consistently excellent, the service is reliable, and the overall experience has always been positive. I would highly recommend them.

This company is based in China and it takes an age to get your bag.

The "5-year" guarantee is misleading. The bag I purchased was poor quality and started to come apart within a week. I was told I could order a replacement bag once, however, the ones I wanted were conveniently out if stock so customer service said "...if you prefer not to proceed with an alternative, we will consider this matter close."

Why would I choose any old bag that I don't like? I've asked for a refund, but they won't accept that. I'd be happy to return the poor quality item, at their cost, for a full refund.

Please avoid these scammers at all costs.

Run away from that scam compagny. The goods are not delivered. I have asked multiple times to cancel the order as the goods were still in the factory. Everytime they sent a wrong track number. My order is still not fully delivered . It’s been more than 2 months. Despite all the email, no delivery.

Great choice of product at a reasonable price

Their return service is very poor. You have to return to Norway. I bought a bag which had a faulty zip. I have had to send numerous emails with videos of the zip for them just refund me for the item. Not prepared it seems to refund postage which is £15 to Norway. I think they should be clearer on this. Such a pretty bag, but in my view a cheap zip which is too big for the bag & doesn’t work.

My bags didn’t even arrive in a box. They arrived wrapped up in loads of tape around a shipping bag. The purses stunk and were squished. I’ve had to put bubble wrap and paper inside them to get them shaped. I’m waiting on another bag and don’t plan on ordering more, ever. Quality of the bags suck and so does the packaging.
