I bought a handbag, after only a few weeks the leather started to peel off. I contacted customer service who dealt with the issue and sent a replacement bag straight away. Very happy with the company and customer services. I will have no hesitation in buying again.

I got the Charlotte Handbag in black and was really impressed with the quality and delivery time. I loved it so much that I had to reorder the same bag in white, it’s so classy.

Where to start, the beautiful selection of bags was just amazing. The quality, colour and feel are just stunning. I ordered The Palmer Tote bag in tan, had to order it in wine too. Love it!

Bag brought in feb, by early April handle keeps falling off. Replacement offered declined to refund as had more than 7 days. Item is faulty and not fit for purpose. Used only at weekend in this period of time. Awaiting replacement to see if happens again

*UPDATE* Since posting this review, customer service emailed again stating the photo was small but they checked again and saw the damange. Replacement was sent and has been recieved with no damage. Havent used the items yet so can't update on usage or the products ** Ordered 2 items and delivery package was damaged on arrival. Upon opening the items I noticed my purse has some leather coming off. I contacted the customer service with pictures and the response was 'we have checked over the photos and the item is useable' so they are not doing anything to rectify. Website states '5 year guarantee' bearing in mind the item didnt even last the delivery trip I very much doubt that statement.
