I am picky and they worked on every revision I had and never made me feel pressured to accept a version. The final product was fabulous ! I do believe they are using Ai based on how revisions came back but my final result was beautiful and looked just like my horse ! I definitely recommend this company.

Andrew was a dream to work with. Kept me informed, was understanding of each request. I have four more portraits I will have Bondel make.

Beautiful colors, and my wife adored her birthday gift. The portrait art is stunning and professionally done—so impressed! I’ll be ordering more for sure.

The Bondel team was great at communicating with me. When I missed the initial proofs, they followed-up to make sure I was aware they were sent and were quick to send revisions. The portrait of my pet was so great, I immediately ordered two additional as gifts for friends!

Total scam. Claim to never use AI, but a quick check of their photos on their web page are in fact AI.
customer service and response is fine until you ask about AI.

I’m very pleased with the final result. I worked with Andrew who was satisfied only when I was satisfied. They work with you until you feel they have it right. What I received was a portrait of my best buddy of 15 years.

Communication was awesome and portrait turned out great. Shipping was not good. For the care put into the making of this, for it to be shipped in a paper bubble mailer was disappointing. Our package arrived with multiple holes and tears in the packaging. We are lucky there was no damage to the canvas. It really needs to be cardboard wrapped for

What an amazing customer centric experience and what a great product! Communications with them was fast, efficient and they really listen to your feedback when finalizing your print. If you can upload a photo you can create a heartfelt masterpiece.

I can not say enough great things about this company. From the ease of ordering to the amazing customer service (and I do mean amazing!) to the finished product is unlike anything I have experienced in a very long time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
