I ordered two items

I ordered two items, the jumpsuit is great, but sent me the wrong dress, tried to exchange it but they couldn't get the fabric for the original? (Frida Kahlo dress), although were very prompt in giving my refund, would probably order from then again

I have returned an item nearly 3 weeks…

I have returned an item nearly 3 weeks ago & I have not received a credit! I have tried calling no answer! I have bought lots of beautiful clothes from bond street & never had an issue before! I have just had an e-mail my account is being refunded! Thankyou
