Excellent food

Hi. I had dinner by myself this afternoon. The sirloin steak was so tender and tasty and the server? waited to see if it was cooked to my order and it was. I have never had a server/cook wait to see if my steak was cooked to my order. Thank you. The Lump Crabmeat crab cake had lots of crabmeat in it. The server was very nice too. And I earned $5.00 off. Love Bonefish.

Great Food and Staff

Warning: This review is a little long but for good reason.

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Bonefish Grill on University Drive in Coral Springs on Thursday, June 6th. We decided to try that restaurant for something different than the usual places like Outback Steakhouse or Red Lobster.

We parked in the parking lot and walked in around 8pm. We usually like eating a little later in the evening when going out to avoid the dinner rush (crowded restaurants). Within 30 seconds of walking in, we were met by a young lady at the hostess station. She was very pleasant and asked where we would like to be seated. The restaurant was less than 50% occupied. My wife replied by saying, a booth but wherever is easier for the waitress. Without hesitation she took us to our table. The restaurant itself has a very inviting decor for a chain restaurant. It makes you feel relaxed.

There we met our waitress within a few minutes we were met by a very nice young lady by the name of Rachel. Rachel throughout the entire evening was one of the nicest waitresses we had in a good long while. My wife ordered the Filet Mignon, and I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. I also ordered their Sangria while my wife had a soft drink.

The food was ready a little quicker than I expected and was delivered by the young lady who met us at the hostess station. That was a little usual but what happened next was really usual. The young lady asked my wife if the steak was cook correctly. I have never seen a hostess deliver the food from the kitchen let alone ask about the cook. My wife cut into it and took a bite and told her it was perfect. Likewise, my Chilean Sea Bass was awesome. The sangria was also one of the best I ever had. She was very nice, and my wife likes to award people that go above beyond a really cool looking pen.

A few moments after the young lady left, Rachel returned and inquired about the food and whether we needed anything else. Rachel is a very warm person and had a way of making us feel special. Someone who is definitely a credit to the brand and the occupation. At one point we asked her for the hostess' name as we wanted to mention her in our review. Rachel told us her name was Katy. I started thinking Katy, I know that name from somewhere. I then followed up with another question. I said to Rachel, she's not the hostess, is she? Rachel smiled and chuckled a little and then said, no. Katy is the Managing Partner of the restaurant. Then it came back to me. I saw her name on the website - Katy Mears.

In conclusion, I would like to say that was the nicest dining out experience we my wife and I have had in a while. Bonefish Grill is our new favorite restaurant of its class in the Coral Springs area, and we will definitely be back because of people like Rachel and Katy.

Thank You,

Chris and Sharon

Service was good

Service was good, Poke was AWESOME (do not remove this) wine good, bread was hot then... we ordered the "Two meals for.." My Sampi tasted pretgty good but too dry. Not enough sauce. Nice shrimp poor scallops and way to few. Using Bay Scallops??? Poor quality for a meal that listed at $33.00. Wife's Lilys Chicken way overcooked, dry and tough. Server replaced it but it took way too long. I was finished and still no meal for my wife. Spoiled our experience. She just took it home. There was a large group there but it's not our issue...it's yours. Very disappointed!!

the soft shell crab

the soft shell crab belongs in the garbage, I love soft shell crab. the photo shows the crab as it should be prepare quickly fried with a golden , crispy batter. the one served is a mushy gray/brown. the legs and body are soggy and the crab itself is very small. If you love soft shell crab do not get it at Bonefish grill. the only edible portion is the stuffing . Not what I wanted to pay.

Our server Howie is the best! He's the reason we keep going back to Bonefish Grill. He's very attentive and knowledgeable. We never have to ask him for anything. He always comes with refills before we run out.

The bread is better than the food! If you don't want to serve the Angler's catch, then don't advertise it!!

I go the Bonefish Grill on Cobb Parkway Atlanta GA 30339 every Lenten season for the Angler's catch, but the last two years this meal has missed the mark badly!! On my most recent visit 3/22/24, and LAST VISIT, the fish was old, not tender and flakey like their competitor The Atlanta Fish Market. The shrimp was not the shrimp advertised but bang, bang shrimp without the sauce. I know this. because I have ordered this meal several times in the past and I had the bang, bang shrimp as an appetizer on 3/22/24. This was humiliating and deceiving. The white couple seated behind me was served the same meal, but it was fresh and correct including the shrimp, which was not bang, bang shrimp. but the shrimp as advertise. My racial radar went up, and I notice all the African Americas patrons sit in the bar area and all the white customers are seated at a table. Bonefish clearly doesn't want to serve this meal and they definitely don't want my money, patronage or other African Americans. The color of money is GREEN, not black, brown or white!! I cannot in good conscience EVER go to this place again. I'm going back home to The Atlanta Fish Market where I am appreciated and served with LOVE!!

P.S. If only I could have selected zero stars!!!

We took family since we loved this…

We took family since we loved this restaurant.

I ordered crab cakes and an appetizer and side.

Crab cakes used to be “Lump” crab cakes. My crab was mashed crab and UNDERCOOKED!

Asked for them to cook more. Received 2 new UNDERCOOKED crab cakes. They are made with raw egg as a filler. Couldn’t eat them, asked to take home.

Was charged twice for this.

Who is minding the stove?

We have always loved the Bonefish Grill but the last two visits have been disappointing. While the service is still great, the food preparation has gone downhill. The fish was overcooked, dry and charred on the grill until the "grill marks" were actually burnt and not edible if you don't like burnt food. The brussel sprouts were overcooked and the salad was skimpy. Alhough it is still reasonably priced, the Bonefish is probably off our list of restaurants to go to. While there are higher- priced places to go to, a mid-level priced one is not much of a bargain if the food isn't good or enjoyable.

This is our go-to restaurant in Las Vegas for a delicious, unrushed dinner, especially to bring our guests. Reservations are easy to make & confirm. We enjoy being served by our regular waiter, Ben, who.us always professional, pleasant, attentive & helpful. The wait staff are equally friendly & professional. The food has been consistently well prepared & delicious, with very generous portions. The selection of choices is varied. The food is always delivered in a very timely fashion. The Manager, Chelsea, greeted us warmly & told us that if she could make our visit more pleasant, to let her know. She came by our table several times.

Visited Bone Fish in Collierville TN on 1/27/24. Ordered the Fish and Chips and when it came out I tried to cut it with my fork and it was tough and rubbery. I then cut a piece out of middle and bite into it and instantly spit it out. Was all rubbery. Didn’t make a scene or nothing just let the waiter know and told him I could not eat this. He offered me to order something else but I declined because at this point I had lost my appetite. When bill arrived item had been removed. I paid the total bill that remained and even tipped waiter well. My major complaint of the whole ordeal was that no manager approached me during our whole meal. No one ever came back after the initial waiter apologized. Only to drop off bill and some deserts we ordered to go. Poor management experience!

Service was excellent

Service was excellent. Most servers try hard to be nice and pleasant. Sara, on 1/25/24, in Belair, Md, not only looked like a nice server, she was just that. Showed up quickly, suggested all the good stuff. One member of our party was hard of hearing. Sara was more than gracious to his needs. Next time we visit Bonefish, we well call ahead to see if she is working.

Why, even in the winter is Bonefish so cold?

For the past eight years, I have been living several miles from Bonefish on 75th St. and Cortez. I along with at least nine of our extended family, eat there only occasionally because, the food is excellent, but, it is always uncomfortably cold. The staff says they know about it, but can’t control the temperature, even the many fans have to stay on. As it was in the 50s today in Florida, my guests and I thought we’d give it another try. Even wearing our winter clothes we were chilled. Also, the restaurant was quite empty. Perhaps others also feel it is not a cozy winter destination?

No customer service

Stood in line for 60 minutes 12/02/23 to purchase $100 gift card( 2 bonus cards included)! One greeter seating people, answering phones and handling my transaction so I was patient. Then I spent a fortune to mail the cards with tracking.
Recipients were delighted and went to their local Bonefish Grill in Ocala only to discover that the gift card had been declined without explanation.
I contacted the place where I purchased the cards. On hold for over 30 minutes to speak to the manager who preceded to tell me he was busy and to send copies of my receipt and he would get back to me. So after having waited with no response I sent the information to the main service department, and still have not heard anything back. I am beyond disappointed with this company.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent…

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experiences ordering food from bonefish. This is the second time I have ordered from them, and both times the quality of the food has been nothing short of horrendous.

Firstly, let's talk about the Imperial fish. I don't even think it was fish. It felt like I was biting into a piece of brick! The texture was so tough and chewy, and the taste was nowhere near what it should be. I was expecting a delicious, tender fish, but what I received was a complete disappointment.

Next, the Cajun pasta. I was excited to try this dish, as I am a fan of Cajun flavors. However, the pasta was absolutely horrible. The flavors were off, and the overall taste was just plain awful. It was evident that no effort was put into ensuring the quality of this dish.

I have decided that this will be my last time ordering food from [Restaurant Name]. It is clear that they do not prioritize serving quality food to their customers. I strongly believe that they need to shut down until they can improve their food quality.

I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering ordering from bonefish. Save your money and your taste buds, and find a different place that values the satisfaction of their customers.

Bonefish use to be our fav place to go

Bonefish use to be our fav place to go. Last time we went the food was completely mediocre. This time, horrible.
Ordered draft beer to start evening but was told it was out of stock. Asked and was told the other draft beers available. Server came back and said that selection was also out. Seriously?
Ordered bone-in pork chop special with a fontana cheese Marsala sauce. Received three pieces of dry over cooked tenderloin pieces which nothing on top. Pieces were inedible. When I addressed the issue was told the menu had changed but the menu they gave me had the bone-in item. The mgr said they had bone-in available and when served it had no Marsala sauce either. We should have been comped something but got nothing. Probably never go back. This was our fav place. Issue occurred in Gainesville, Fl location.

Bonefish Grill (Clearwater location)…

Bonefish Grill (Clearwater location) consistently has delicious food, and extraordinary staff. Their main priority is making the customer happy … and it shows. I’m a weekly regular for curbside pick-up and VAL always makes picking up my dinner a great experience. She is professional, friendly, polite and a Superstar.
