RIP OFF MERCHANTS
The understanding and negotiations of what they offer to what you receive with the hefty price of $20 fir 5 cone pieces and the packaging that the delivery came in, and astronomical box with masses amount of foam pieces for something that only required an envelope. The gas lighting in emails from them basically pointing the finger at myself when the customer is always right. Putrid customer service and rip off merchants, do not recommend doing business with them, let alone 10 days for a refund when theyre very forthcoming in taking your money.
