This company mainly sells supplements, but they also offer a few hair products. I bought five Lola Cosmetics hair products from them because the prices were lower than on other UK websites. I thought I’d found a great deal, but instead, I was scammed.
What I received was absolutely shocking!!! The products were clearly used. Some bottles were half-empty, and the creams had been opened and obviously used before. The box was completely dry, so nothing leaked during transit. They were packed and sent to me in this fraudulent condition on purpose. Just appalling!!
This is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other website. It makes me question whether the products are even real or safe to use. It honestly feels like they’re reselling used or returned items, and that’s just wrong.
I contacted them for a refund, but I still haven’t received it. The customer service is terrible. I feel angry, disappointed, and completely cheated.
Please be careful!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered Trace Multi Vitamins (x2) as a Christmas gift and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Bono.co.uk! The delivery was impressively quick arriving even earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise during the busy holiday season. They also seem to be the only retailer in the UK stocking this specific type of vitamins, so I am thrilled to have found them.
