Problem with the packaging!
Plastic bags that were used to put filo pastries in weren’t sealed very well. There were openings at the seal which caused the filo pastry to dry out close to the openings.
The outer box was soaked in water. As if they left the boxes out under pouring rain. That kind of damage can’t be during delivery. That is to blame the courier, DHL.

Also DHL are never supposed to leave anything outside unless the customer authorises it, again please get in touch if you want so we can sort this out.

DHL ruined my order by delivering it…
DHL ruined my order by delivering it late. Bonvila promised for a redelivery. Nothing happened for weeks? No replies to my update requests. Absolute shambles. Will prefer ordering from Robinfoods next time. Don’t make promises if you can’t keep up with them.

The box arrived the day later then what…
The box arrived the day later than what originally promised informed.
There was a fresh hand made food inside (gozleme) and unfortunately that caused stomach upset.
Not sure this was due to late delivery issue or food freshness but did not have a happy ending.

Not a satisfactory experience
Sent by dhl instead of door to door in person delivery (to the centre of London). Because of that the vegetables were not arrived freshly. Yufka- fresh pastries were also not fresh enough. Not a satisfactory experience.
