My refund is not paid

I ordered a ready made saree. Arrived on time. Did not fit me. I contacted Customer Services and asked about how to return. I followed every step. Paid for the postage. No refund has arrived. I have emailed Customer Services several times with absolutely NO replies!!! Extremely disappointing. Will get my credit card involved. Will NEVER EVER order to this company again.

Great customer care

Bonyhub kept in touch throughout with any issues faced, my delivery arrived much sooner then expected and I was able to wear my new clothes for a function! Im so pleased and would definitely buy last minute outfits again!

I ordered from bonyhub, i ordered 2 items of clothing, and needed to process a return. I spoke to customer service and followed their instructions.
I have recieved my refund. The customer service team kept me informed.

Misleading delivery times

They use Royal Mail 48 hour service on items they advertise as next day delivery. However when asked about the next day service they won’t tell you they are using a 48 hour service they blame the delay on the courier instead. I called them out on this and they had nothing to say, Poor customer service.
Items don’t look anything like those advertised.

Report them using the Citizens Advice consumer service, I’m going to.

I bought a beautiful wedding outfit .

I bought a beautiful wedding outfit but missed the cut off time to exchange for a larger size …. All my fault . BONYHUB were wonderful as they have upped the size range to accommodate my size . What fantastic service ! And a small discount as well. How kind .
Have a lovely every day Salwar which I bought last year .Beautifully made and great value .
So looking forward to receiving the right size , which will make me feel fantastic at my son’s wedding .

Rude and unprofessional

After I wrote a negative review about them, Bonyhub got it removed from here. Well, here I come again: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. After sending me the wrong saree, completely different design, their customer service was extremely rude, refusing to acknowledge their mistake, blaming me by saying that “it must be my first time shopping online”. How rude dismissive of them! They eventually apologised for those comments but i am still waiting for my refund!

Very poor company - terrible returns policy

Very poor customer service - I returned 2 items on 18th February, as per the online Returns Policy, but am yet to receive the funds on 12th April. Despite the company confirming on 14th March they would issue a refund, this has still not arrived. Since this date I have had no response to my emails from the company, which depicts they are clearly not willing to resolve this.

Very disappointing and judging by other reviews - I should have steered clear as their returns policy is terrible.

Thank you for your reply at least on the review as none received to my email to you directly . I haven’t received the return link or reply to my email to your company .
I ordered a blouse based on my measurements and I wasn’t even able go get it on. Gold looked more yellow. Despite a delivery charge being paid, took a long time to receive it. Would not bother ordering again from there . No refund given only a credit note since I also have to pay for return delivery, they make it as difficult as possible for you to return anything . Thankfully I only ordered one item to test the company.

The customer service is useless.

The customer service is useless.
My product arrived and was faulty, so I contacted them, they directed me to their returns process which clearly states that I needed to send the returns form.....there is no returns form!
I posted the item back to them, it took them a week and me sending them numerous email before they acknowledged my refund......Then they stated that I would not get a refund for my returns postage costs...even though there returns policy states that cost of return postage can be made if item is faulty or incorrect.
I certainly will not be buying anything from them and not recommending them to anyone.
At the time of writing this I am still waiting to see if they will reimberse my return postage cost

The customer service is a bag of shit just like the company. If I could give it lower than half a star I would.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The return process is abysmal, I ordered in jan and just got my refund at the end of March. This was after much chasing. The worst part of the process was when I was interrogated and accused of using the items and asked 'why' a number of times even after they had agreed to give me a refund. I took screen shots of all the conversations and how degrading the conversations were. TO BE CLEAR I ONLY OPENED THE ITEMS TO TAKE PICTURES TO SHOW THEM THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG COLOURS. I didn't even try them on and put them back in the packets.

For the love of all that is holy don't waste your God damn time or money.

FAKE IMAGES

Everything was fake the image was definitely not what I got I spend 60£ on a dress from bonyhub the delivery process was normall and it took about 6 days to come however the dress was horrific absolutely horrible the dress in the image was beautiful and heavy with loads of embroidery and diamonds what I received was not that it was plain the dress was so simple the patterns did not match the colour was off the size guide was so wrong it is unbelievable the picture they post look good but what they sent out is all fake and ugly!!! Don’t waste your time buying from them because it don’t match what the picture shows they just make money out of it I am not the only person unhappy with the order there are many people who got scammed believe me if you like that item on your screen you will definitely not like it when u receive it. I am very upset because for 60£ I could of got a really nice dress and I hated it it was horrible I’m so disappointed don’t trust them especially if you need a dress urgently for a special occasion don’t trust it you will get disappointed.
