We had a wonderful, private, booked appointment with Smena. We were treated with respect and kindness. And there is a wonderful choice of colours textures and outfits we had a fabulous time thank you Smena for all your help.

Went to Memsaab recently after ages and honestly, what a unique experience! It’s still such a special place to shop for Asian outfits – the variety and style really stand out. But the highlight of my visit had to be meeting Auntie Sameena – the sweetest ever. She was so warm, helpful, and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Definitely reminded me why I loved coming here in the first place. Can’t wait to go back again!

I used to be a regular customer at the Memsaab store so when they went online I was super upset but yesterday I tried their one on one service where you get dedicated time (a full hour) where you are shown items of your choice, get to try them on and you get to take your friends and family with you. What made it even special, aside from the amazing customer service the range of fashionable clothes, I got to see sister Samina (owner of the store) after ages and she made the one on one service even better...will definitely be going back there soon

Usman and soban have exceptional customer service and were very helpful especially Sobhan his willingness to go the extra mile deserves recognition and certainly warrants a raise. It’s a rare encounter such a high level of commitment and professionalism, and Sobhans contributions should be acknowledged accordingly.

I have ordered clothes from Meemsaab online store for years and when it came to my wedding outfit I knew I had to go with them! I saw an outfit online and went into the Luton Meemsaab store and was instantly greeted by Samena straight away with open arms, I wasn’t able to make an appointment but Samena accommodated me straight away, they pulled out the designs I liked and I fell in love with the first dress, it was everything I dreamed of just an absolute beautiful quality! Samena made me and my family feel so comfortable listened to what I envisioned took all my measurements, but I can’t stress how comfortable and friendly Samena was she felt like family! They gave us refreshments and she took the time to get to know us and spoke to us! My heart was full leaving the store, she will always be in our duas and I will be reccomending Meemsaab and samena to everyone I know inshallah ! I could go on, but Jhazakullah khair Samena and the team inshallah we will meet again soon!❤️🌹

We had a wonderful experience with Memsaab. Our advisor, Soban, was amazing—he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. His guidance was incredibly helpful, and everything felt easy and stress-free. Our outfits turned out perfect for our special day. We would highly recommend Memsaab and Soban going forward.

Quality of products is nice. Items are as pictured but biggest issue is they do get orders wrong a lot. Customer service takes forever to reply so if you order for Eid or special occasion you know it is no way going to be sorted in time, and mostly itnis a mistake on their part (wrong items or style sent even though styles or order are clearly selected).

I returned an item that they sent which was not what I ordered. Return was received by them but no refund was sent. It's inconvenient when you are busy and have to chase something that should have easily been done, especially when it wasn't even your own mistake.

A lot of hassle if something is incorrect. If not, products are generally of good quality.

Terrible service.it has been over a week. The refund has not been given I have emailed numerous times with no avail or response for my refund to be given. Over numerous emails back and forth with the company. My refund was finally given. However I will not be shopping from this company again.

Fantastic service from Smena and such a vast collection . Definitely worth a visit to try items on. Thought was going to be hard choosing but found something immediately
