Make sure you check sizing very carefully as you are unable to return underwear once the seal has been opened. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and only realised on opening the packet as they were huge.

Great, Eco-friendly Products

I love the products from Boody and have always had a good experience with ordering online. The products are pricey, yes, so I tend to wait for a sale. That said, I've had underwear, bras, and leggings that have lasted for several years, so they are worth it! Plus, they're much kinder to the environment (and your skin) than synthetic options.

awesome , like cotton but better

Dear Boody,

your products are so comfortable. I love cotton clothing but it often shrinks during washing and doesn’t hold it’s shape. I was looking for an alternative that would feel and breathe like cotton but could withstand daily wear and washing, until I found you.

I tried all shapes of your undies and brass I love them. They are comfortable and stay the same from wash to wash.

I just love Boody products

I just love the Boody products. Even though they are a bit expensive they really make the difference in the market for women everywhere. I would definitely recommend trying them. Amazing comfort after surgery

I received my order on the 25th and, as soon as I opened it, I noticed that the internal packaging was already ripped—despite the outer parcel being completely intact.

I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos as evidence. Unfortunately, I then received a response stating that returns aren’t accepted if items are damaged or packaging is compromised. This is extremely frustrating, as the item clearly arrived in that condition and was not damaged by me.

I would appreciate it if a Customer Service Director or senior member of the team could re-review this case. Customers shouldn’t be held responsible for issues that occur before the product even reaches them.

Boody products are good, but be aware of the invasive advertising

Boody products are very good, comfortable, durable and good value. That said, I didn’t realise I was selling my digital soul for a pair of pants. Over a year later, I’m still being followed by ads. I don't buy underwear often enough to justify this level of digital stalking. The quality is 5-star, but the invasive marketing has officially driven me away for good.

Awful Service & Quality

UPDATE It goes to show how much you care about your customers when you will instantly reply to a trustpilot review but ignore my emails! You have already taken a return postage fee and on top of that you want me to pay AGAIN for a return postage home collection due to my disability. And Evri and royal mail which you automatically deducted from my return do offer home collections. You just needed to change the label for me. Why not refund the postage fee you have already taken instead of expecting me to pay again? That is TWO postage fees! And why only reply here when Ive been messaging you via email?

Horrible company! They take forever to reply. They seem dismissive about my struggles related to my disability. Also, their quality is absolutely horrendous and really scratchy fabric. Not soft at all like they advertise. Really overpriced stuff that is less than half the price in other stores.

Get piling after one wear

The dark coloured items are a slightly different fabric to the others and they pile and attract ALOT of bits after one wear. I really like how soft the bras are but the quality of the fabric is really disappointing. I wont be purchasing these again

Tricked by Welcome Code but amended by Boody

Following a disappointing and frustrating order process, see below, Boody repsonded immediately and helped sort the issue. I still feel the process confusing and TIME CONSUMING so all that's left to do for Boody is to make sure that this system is mended.

The invite to sign up to receive a 15% discount for first order I wasted time choosing items, clicked the pay slight extra for free returns but when applying the discount code suddenly all items were in final sale with return not possible! However, online none of these items are in the sale! Whilst product might be ethical this kind of sales method is not! Interestingly, the free return charge was not removed automatically ..... Disappointing from a cert B Corp!
