Terrible service can't get anyone on the phone. My son had a medical emergency the morning of our stay and despite sending multiple doctor note they will not refund my $800.

It definitely gives you the best results for hotels or suites you can get if you're planning to go on a vacation. It is easy to use, has a minimalist design and is very accessible. The good thing is that, after choosing your check-in and check-out date, it automatically filters to the lowest-highest pricing which is I believe most of us first check for hotel bookings. Aside from that, the website totally shows the amenities you can get and wide range selection of hotels or suites. I would love it more if the site shows different pictures of the rooms inside and out so that we'll have a clearer view of what we will be getting. In general, I love my experience with the website and just add more pictures for the hotel rooms and everything is good to go.

Was very easy to book my vacation and saved a lot of money through book and save.

My experience wasn't good...I booked a hotel for 7 nights for $206.57 which I thought was a very good deal call the hotel to verified is eveeyrhingnwas ok for the day of my arrival they say yes they even gave me my verification #, I get there and they tell me i can get there and i couldn't get to my room, I call book save and they inform me the the package I purchase i need it to pay $200.00 more because i never verified an email they had send me...I never recieved an email from book save to verified anything and because i didn't had any other place to stay I end up borrowing the $200.00 extra the I didn't had because of tour mistake...never again
