The workers were respectful, punctual and tidy. The workers collaborated with me with what I wanted and did and excellent job. They willfully tidied up as they worked, ensuring that the place was left spotless.

Terrible company if you’re a tradesman. Promised everything under the sun and once they have your money radio silence. They say money back if it doesn’t work for you but only after a year, my year is now up and haven’t used them once but trying to get through to them to discuss is impossible. Every number I’ve called just rings and rings. I’m so surprised a company is allowed to operate like this without repercussions.

I would highly recommend K-Tec electrical London Tom, I posted my job on book a builder within 5 minutes he called me, he came straight out and got the job done to a very professional standard, he was so polite and friendly will be using this site again and Tom for my electrical work in the future.

Very poor experience using book a builder. Leads seemed fake and leads that you do manage to get hold of they have already been bombarded by multiple engineers already. Would definitely not recommend

They arrived when they said they would. Completed the work and offered to clean up afterwards

The problem I contacted him for turned out to be less straightforward than expected and he stayed longer to do all possible tests/changes to needed and didn’t ask me for more than the price originally offered which was a very fair price already.

I recently paid £600 to join Bookabuilder on the promise from the sales woman that there were several jobs a day being unanswered due to lack of tradesmen available. I can honestly say it’s been a complete waste of money there are very few leads a month and none of which are worth pricing or outside the area to make it financially viable to even consider. I wanted to share my experience to try to save other trades men and women wasting their time also before you pay the team are available almost on demand but once they received the money they disappear never to be heard from again if you have problems or are not happy.

Don’t waste your money. Book a builder is scam . I took a subscription of 478£ a year with unlimited leads. They sent me leads on 1 st day but I couldn’t get reply from any house owner .
Next day someone called me and said you have to upgrade your membership. Until now I have not received any single lead . It’s a totally scam

I strongly advise to stay away before engaging with this company. In my experience, I was contacted frequently and encouraged to purchase either a Lite or Full membership, with assurances of receiving quality leads. Unfortunately, the promised leads and results did not materialise.
Several other tradespeople within my network have reported similar experiences after paying for memberships, only to find that the service did not deliver what was represented during the sales process. This raises serious concerns about the consistency and reliability of the offering.
I would urge fellow tradespeople to carefully research and consider independent feedback before committing financially. I am now starting to pursue legal action against them,

I also find it hard to believe the positive reviews on here are not legitimate as I have spoken with over 5 people who have signed up to this platform after the pushy sales teams catch them out and are in the same situation as my buisness

The platform is transparent and easy to use. I find it good way to fill the gaps in my calendar but you can find good costumers for larger projects as well.

Alex from AWD Electrical Solutions was friendly, helpful and did a great job of changing the MCB quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed about his ETA and was very polite.
We would definitely use him again in the future.

Very aggressive marketing, about 9 missed calls in the last 2 days, it’s not like they even leave a message. Wouldn’t trust that sort of company with my reputation.

Edit: They company also reported this review as slanderous (which failed), as well as all most of their negative reviews. This just shows the bad faith behind the wheel of this company, and they’d rather engage in this behaviour than sort out their poor behaviour and ethics.

Needed a quick response as we had a number of leaks relating to the roof. We got some instant quotes and a team of two roofers came out the next day and sorted it.

We had our bathroom converted by PRC and all of the work was carried out in a prompt and professional way.

They are scammers, I get normal subscriptions 2 years ago, once it’s done they said, you just get limited job with that you have to upgrade it. They charge me around £700 for that, from past 2 years I don’t get a single lead. They creat job them self. Within seconds job will gone, after a years they put my account on auto renewal and took money from my account, after 6 month I cancel my subscriptions and they closed my account, they charge me for whole year and cancel my account in 6 month,
They are scammer don’t waste your money
